Looks like a great system, but I am left confused and stressed.

TBF, when the sales person insisted on coming to see my empty gallery to show and sell me a Clover System, I was quite impressed with the service and machine but really didn't want to be forced to buy that day. And only thought I was applying for the one month free trial (special offer was ending that day) I have proof emails asking them not to go through with the sale, simply because I wasn't due to open the shop and gallery for at least 3-4 months. This being because .... a) at the time I was due to have a very serious operation, and had to put business on hold for at least a 2 month recovery period.
b) I hadn't even ordered any stock.
c) I was still querying the £200 deposit I had to pay up front for the free 1 month period (which I was told at the time £200 was for insurance purposes??)
Well to my amazement and disappointment the clover was sent to me a week before my operation and £200 taken out of my bank which left me terribly overdrawn as I didn't have the funds yet??
The stress this caused me before my operation, was and is unforgivable!! and put me an extra month back to get up and running..
I've been fighting this battle with Clover and First Data for 6 months now, and I've been asking for them to take the system back ever since as i just don't feel like I can trust them.
the Clover system and first Data machine has been sitting in its box unopened, as they now want me to pay a cancellation fee of £200?? I'm now told that the fee is for First Data and the deposit was actually a joining fee for First Data??
i'm sure its a great tool to have for a small business like mine, but I'v not had great customer service and still waiting for clover to collect... and to top things of they charging me while its not even been registered or even plugged in. I really wish this could end now, as the stress is too much!
