I opened a down bid with a target of 28,200 BTC and a knock-out of 28,600 BTC. crypto.com charged me $400.99 for this and knocked me out at 28,250 BTC - the knockout of 28,600 wasn’t even close to the trading prices at that time. I would give these guys 0 stars, but at least 1 is required. Buyer beware, these guys are just there to steal from people. It has now been 2 days and despite regular communication (mostly), nobody has come up with a solution. At least crypto.com acknowledged the issue.

Today Twilio/Sendgrid basically told me they have no control over how their email services are used and have no way to mitigate spam. After reading what they require to purchase service I find it absurd that they do not have the ability to stop one person from sending spam every single day for over a month and going. It's the same exact spam, same links, same text.. but somehow they do not have the ability to stop that? They can't block from sending emails to people who don't want them? They truly act oblivious to the abuse and to me are admitting that there is not a single thing to trust about this company or putting your email campaigns into a company that has likely already been blocked from most email providers due to this level of abuse. And no, this isn't one or two emails but a flood. Every single day and growing by the day. Would seem as a company owner if I had something like this and had no control over it I would be much more critical of who I allow access to and require credit card payment tied to a company name before allowing use of it's network.

The event was canceled from the venue, and I have been trying to contact them through multiple channels for a refund, I keep getting a message and only a message that I will receive an email for the refund amount and status. almost a Month later and so far nothing yet... horrible customer service and the tickets were not cheap.

I usually dread contacting support help for computer systems because it is usually a nightmare experience. I do not feel this way with MindBody support. They are a breath of fresh air!!

I signed up as sole trader and worked fine , I've transfered money to my own account and 3 weeks and nothing ! They suspended my account After that and wants to proof my detail which I did but NOTHING , not only I haven't received my hard EARNED money after 3 weeks but holding what is in my PayPal account .no joy with help line or telephone as is just computer & YOU can't talk to a human n cuts you off after NOT helping , AVOID PAYPAL
