I was charged two nights at a hotel for a one night booking. Customer service said they would work with the hotel to resolve the issue. Instead I got an email saying that they could not issue a refund because the hotel refused to waive the cancellation fee. There was no cancellation fee at issue here. It was simply a matter of being charged for a night I did not book. I responded by email but got nowhere So I went back to customer service and they requested all the same information I had provided a few days earlier. I am still waiting for this to resolve.
