Pro and con

Nice. Works well. After trial it starts at 25.00...39.00 for world traveler. DNA kit was simple... got info on where I'm from In percentages which can be off up to 25% lolStill kinda cool. The traits are silly, a waste of money. But people I may or may not be related to...40391!!! Holy cow....well how many months is that to make a family tree.Over all kinda cool. But to expensive. if your doing research to build a tree... this is the way to go.

No customer service and happy to take payments from children!

My 6 year old son managed to spend £240 on the xbox, An online refund request was refused and I was not allowed to speak to anyone about it! A company that has sales in excess of $250bn failing to engage with customers and happy for 6 year olds to make purchases!I had a pin to prevent unauthorised payments, but xbox then automatically used the same pin to log into games, so my son learnt it!

How Do You Mess Up THIS Horrifically?

Thanks to Amazon automatically cancelling my orders I wanted to send to my PO Box due to the looming second strike by Canada Post in the last year, I was forced to get my parcels delivered to my home address. I’m currently fighting with UPS over one of my deliveries. UPS made one attempt to deliver, when I was a sleep (I’m a shift worker and I live in a condo. Hence why I prefer to divert deliveries to a PO Box that I can pick up from on my own time), and said my address was invalid and I wasn’t in my building’s directory. As in the directory they used to call me and attempt to gain access to my building. No “sorry we missed you” notice. No email or notification an attempt was made. Just three missed calls from my building’s front door buzzer service. Allegedly a second delivery attempt was made (according to Amazon). No it was not.Every time I attempt to call UPS to rectify this and figure out what’s going on (which has been 3 times this week) I get a different answer, the agents I speak to manage to dance around or just straight up avoids my question while also gaslighting me, the information on my Amazon and UPS’ system do not match whatsoever, and there is seemingly no record of the contents of my previous calls. “Thank you for choosing UPS” my a**. I am one more mess up from cancelling my order, returning to sender, fighting Amazon over the phone, and risking waiting months for Canada Post to sort themselves out of a second strike. At least I’ll actually get my damn parcel

Death announcement submitted 22nd…

Death announcement submitted 22nd January (bereavement 21st) with confirmation stating announcement would appear on 26th January. Payment of £432.00 taken on 25th. Bought paper 26th - no announcement (having told friends & family to purchase paper). It didn’t appear 27th or 28th. Contacted paper and had reply back saying very sorry, it would go in 2nd February (a week later) and we’d receive full refund. No refund received and no replies to emails sent to various departments. Dreadful service

Working by myself as an author, I added a new A.I. Narrated Audio version of one of my novels to my store at Payhip in one day. The Preview feature for audio is really important, and it works seamlessly. Payhip instructions are easy and intuitive. Very glad to have my store with Payhip.

I ordered two beach towels as a Father’s Day gift. The printing was absolutely horrendous and the quality of the towel was extremely poor. I could not give them as a gift. I spent $80. Complete waste of money. Do not order from this company.

Unfortunately, just a few days after the purchase, my account was disabled without any notice or explanation.I tried contacting their support multiple times, but I never received a response. I didn’t even log into the account after purchasing — I didn’t violate any rules. Then why disable my account? Isn’t this a form of digital fraud — taking payment and then disabling the account?!This isn't a one-time incident! One of my buyers faced the same issue a year ago. Absolutely useless better off going to get food yourself i order a McDonald's and had a meal missing got in contact with there customer support they apologised for the issue refund me 5.15 when my burger alone was 6.60 and I was missing fries aswell all they told me was to order again ... no thankyou you don't buy the same meal twice just to have one it's ridiculous they offered me less money than I spent then told me to reorder I asked them to ring there driver and ask him to go back and get my food what a waste of a service

DO NOT ORDER FROM LENOVO.IE! Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my Lenovo laptop on Lenovo.ie which is the Irish Lenovo online store operated by Digital River. In reality, this website appears to be a front for a UK based company. According to the UPS tracking app, the item was dispatched in the UK , but after two weeks of sitting in various logistic warehouses in the UK it was returned back to Digital River as UPS were unable to ship it to Ireland as a result of missing documentation. Digital River have told me that this order is now considered delivered by them, despite the UPS tracker showing the item has been returned to them, and so far are refusing to credit me. Customer service is abysmal. I'm down the price of the laptop, with nothing delivered, and Digital River don't seem to want to know. I've no idea how to resolve this. BE WARNED!

Google is horrible

Google is horrible. I guess I broke one of their rules and they sent me a 75 year old woman an email saying I was dis honest and deceptive because I put words like I counsel mental health patients, I have group sessions for domestic violence victims, I mentor youth with academic problems. And they felt I should have called them and gave them my new address. But they called me earlier that morning asking me if I wanted to update my website and I gave them suggestions and my new address. Then later that afternoon I get suspended for what we discussed. But the next morning I call google and they told me I could get the problem solved if I would agree to pay them a substantial amount for their services. When I told them no the hung up on me when I called back thinking maybe the call dropped the phone number was not available. The way they talked to me in that email was inappropriate behavior for a company. This should not be done. And if I had realized I wasn’t in control of my website I would’ve put it on Google but there isn’t any other option. I sent them my degrees showing that I could do everything I said I’ve been a clinical psychologist for 12 years and they have no right questioning people’s integrity.
