If I could give them a "0" ZERO in customer service I would. Worst experience stayed on the line for over 2 hours on 4/24/2025 trying to get my mother's cell phone and home phone transferred over to AT&T. I was told I would receive a call the following day to confirm the transfer. Never happened so I called to inquire after being transferred 3 times I was told the order was canceled so we started the process again with my elderly mom on the phone. By the time 1 hour passed I just said forget it this is not worth the hassle certainly it is not that complicated to move one service from one provider to another. And of course the initial price we were given was constantly going up FRUSTRATED....Customer service is unreal....
