I've been using Trello and other Atlassian products for a while now, and unfortunately, my experience has gone from positive to frustrating due to their poor customer service and questionable billing practices.First, their customer service is practically non-existent. Trying to get a response from their support team is like yelling into a void. When I encountered a billing issue, I had to submit a ticket, but it took days to get a vague, unhelpful reply. There’s no sense of urgency or genuine concern for customer problems. And if you’re hoping to speak to someone directly? Good luck! They seem to hide behind automated responses and generic knowledge base articles, which only adds to the frustration.Secondly, overcharging has become a recurring theme. I’ve noticed unexplained charges that don’t align with the services we signed up for. Even after reaching out multiple times, I was either ignored or told the issue was resolved, only to find the overcharges persisting in the next billing cycle. It feels like they care more about squeezing money from users than offering transparency or fair practices. It’s a shame because Trello itself is a decent tool for project management, but with this level of terrible customer support and dubious billing practices, I can no longer recommend Atlassian or Trello. There are plenty of other project management tools out there that offer better service without the headache of dealing with constant billing issues.
