Because of a medical condition, I asked for a few 1-liter bottles of drinking water in my cabin. Royal Caribbean refused and claimed that that the only choice is to buy individual soda cans with water from them at a hefty price (over $2 each such can that had the cruise company's logo. Royal Caribbean makes a hefty profit this way for hat is essential to life (drinking water).2. During lunch and dinner we asked for a plain old coke or other soft drink. Royal Caribbean refused and directed us to a soda dispensing machine that will only work if the customer has paid for a pricey package deal for soft drinks. Keep in mind that a coke at even the cheapest hamburger joint costs almost nothing to any restaurant.I then complained up the chain of command all the way to a black gentleman who was in charge at the Customer Relations counter on board on deck 5, and who told me he had worked for Royal Caribbean for over 20 years and that "that is how things are", and that it costs Royal Caribbean to provide drinking water to its customers (who have paid thousands of dollars to get on the cruise) and that therefore they expect customers to pay for water. I told him that, by his reasoning, Royal Caribbean should also charge for toilet paper as that, too, "costs Royal Caribbean to provide to its customers". He failed to see the point.3. Fresh squeezed orange juice was, similarly, an "additional charge" item.You get the idea.I have traveled with several cruise companies over the years, including Disney, Oceania, Paul Gauguin Cruise, and others. I am an experienced IT user. Making a deposit using SWIFT is impossible because "this SWIFT/BIC has not been set up to accept wire transfers". There is no way one can contact customer support to ask what can be done.I then deleted the account by mistake and tried to set up a new account, but this is impossible because your email address is still active even after deleting the account. I did not remember the password, and although the system claims an email will be sent so that you can reset your password, the email never arrives. Once again, there is no way of contacting any type of customer support.I did receive a reply from Kraken, but it seems they still don't get it. I need their system to send me an email to be able to reset the password. This issue is not addressed in their reply. They give me some links, all of which I had already tried. Would you trust a company you cannot get in touch with, with your funds? Think about this before trading through this platform.They suggest that you can post your problem on social media, and they will guide you on how to proceed. Don't they realise not everybody uses social media?

If I could give this company a negative review, I would! January 4th I ordered and paid for a dresser for my brother in law with disabilities that moved in with us. I was told it would be delivered no later than the 13th of January which was doable. The 13th came a went and no dresser. I contacted IKEA and they told me because of implement weather the delivery was delayed. Ok understandable, they refunded my delivery fee and we continued to wait. When the shipment arrived we received 2 boxes. Until my husband went to put it together and the two boxes were identical. No drawers and no hardware. Again I contacted IKEA and when told they sent 2 identical boxes, they told me to dispose of one of the boxes and they would immediately ship us the other box. As of this date, we still haven't received the hardware. So I contacted them again and requested a refund. They picked up the box on the 13th. Yesterday I contacted IKEA to check on my refund. They had no record that they received the dresser back so I sent them a screenshot of the delivery completed. Now they are telling me again it will be 7 to 14 business days before I will receive my refund once they have confirmed the pickup. I have endured 2 months of hell working with this company and all they tell me is to be patient. Well my patience is very thin. Beware of IKEA. UPDATE: It's now been over 14 business days since I was told I would receive my refund for the returned dresser. I still have not received a refund.

I had a hard time giving them one star. Ordered Oxford Picture Dictionary for use in our ESL classes and have tried for a month to get the teacher's manual. Was told it was not printed but we could purchase online access to the teacher resources. After being transferred multiple times, sending numerous emails, being promised 5 min responses, etc, etc, etc I have given up the chase. Still no teacher's manual. I have had it - we will not order from them again.
