I just bought a new computer so I can play my purchased games. When I uploaded the EA app my computer became very slow and the game kept freezing. I used my software program and it detected that I had malware. I immediately contacted help desk and they basically ignored me. I sent my computer to an IT tech and they informed me that this pc was high jacked. They destroyed windows registry and files. EA games added excessive camera files, remote access files and drivers that I did not authorize. They had recordings as well. This is absolutely disgusting and disturbing that someone was accessing my pc without my knowledge or consent while listening, recording and watching me. I am outraged and I am going to sue them for destroying my property and violating my privacy!

It was my first time shopping at this store. I ordered a pair of flip flops in december and it said 4-7 business days for arrival. It was more than 2 weeks so I call customer service there was no one available to speak to as they had the operator speaking. I called to the Woodfield store and the supervisor couldn’t help me cancel my order. She provided the worst customer service. After being a month of ordering it I could reach to customer service. She said the order is ready to pick up but I never got email saying its ready. I asked her to call store before I go to pick it up. The store didn’t have my order and finally she cancel it for me.

Tried on the date of my check in to contact Booking.com from the UK. Its impossible and if through the Internet they don't respond . There is no direct phone number you can use. This is another faceless company with very little or any accountability for the places they recommend on their web sites. They should be inspecting operators using their site if review are less than that expected. Never book a none refundable booking.

AT&T has been a nightmare for me all morning they mislead me in paying a bill to get my services restored. They transferred me all over the place and completely lied to me…I was told once I paid the bill in full I would keep my services…I’m a single mom in this terrible economy and for them to lie and not give a clear understanding and take the last money I had for me and my family is the lowest of the lowest…I need my services in order to take care of my family and they just took my money in five mins and I have been trying to get services rerouted for four hours….i will never recommend this service to anyone…if anything I will slander the AT&T name and make sure they go completely out of business due to their lack or consideration and knowledge for its customers

Feels Like Making a Deal with the MobI’ve been using Adobe products for many years, but this recent experience has left a terrible impression. I was shocked to find out they charge a hefty cancellation fee—equivalent to two full months of service. The last time I tried to cancel, I got tricked into staying on longer because the penalty seemed worse than continuing.So I stayed for two more months, and when I finally canceled, they still charged me nearly $60. It honestly feels like a trap. This is hands down the worst customer experience I’ve had with any software or IT company. Be very cautious if you’re considering a subscription—it’s not as straightforward as it seems.

Hootsuite was recommended to me by a former PA in 2014 and it was the only good recommendation or action she ever did (hence why she's "former")It's ideal if you post on facebook, twitter, LinkedIn (only until June 2017 after which time LinkedIn will no longer be compatible) as you can schedule posts weeks in advance and one post can be put on all portals, subject to their individual word count. You can add images or videos and though I would like to have an italics button to emphasise words, that may not be transferable to each portal which may explain why it's not offered.I have used customer services a few times and they've always got back to me speedily and have efficiently resolved any issues, so that alone is 5* from me. I have really enjoyed using Hootsuite as it saves time and energy writing posts once then posting en-masse so for anyone using multi-social media portal, it's a must. The fact it's free to have a basic account is a real bonus too.

I've ordered phone for my fiance. It should be delivered next day . But for the next couple days they couldnt send it .When i finnaly decided to canceled the order for some reason it took them 4 days without any progres. After my contact they told me my order will be canceled in couple days +3 days to get my money back . Cant recomend this shop!

My dealings with Agoda has been awful from start to finish Unlike other platforms they do not offer refunds if you need to cancel or alter your booking.It is impossible to speak to a human and I suspect that email responses are AI generated.In my case my arrangements changed and I wanted to move the booking by one night. The hotel agreed this could be accommodated but Agoda would not action this. Also my booking was passed to a third party without my knowledge resulting in my having to phone all over the world to try and get a simple ammendment sorted.AVOID AVOID AVOID.

We were having a nice day on the edge of Exmoor and decided to stop at a small cafe for tea and cakes. It was on National Trust property at Horner Wood and we pulled into the car park which backed on to the cafe. We expected to pay for parking but as we were only staying long enough for a cup of tea we did not think the cost would be too great. How wrong we were. Unless you had a valid membership card the cost was £5 and you could only pay with coins. Firstly we thought the cost was a rip-off and secondly we did not have enough coins between us to pay the fee. We only wanted to park for an hour not buy the parking bay. Needless to say the cafe lost out on our business and we won't be going back there again. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. I won't be giving any more of my money to the greedy National Trust.

I rate this a -100. I bought an HP Chromebook in August of 2023. Called support and they were trying to tell me it was out of warranty. I spent hours on the phone getting that corrected. I then sent it in and it took a month before they got back to me and said it was beyond repair and non-serviceable. They sent pictures showing damage and water damage and the pictures were not from my laptop. The phone support is farmed out to a third party in a foreign country. What a scam. I will never by an HP product as long as I can. Also, try searching for HP repair reviews and they are hiding the negative experiences. Don't buy an HP. Stay tuned as I am fighting this crap and injustice.
