Terrible, im trying to download a file that has less them 1gb for almost 4 days now, everytime i get a network error, and i have to restart, funny thing is, on this 4 days i downloaded 1300 files for a project, and each one had his own link, and MediaFire is the only one that doesnt work, its slow, its bad, it sucks.

I chat to this agent called Miki and the agent not only slow to respond but also ignore me completely. The agent while talking to me suddenly said I have to step away for 15mins will be back. I have purchased three books from Barnes and Noble on 8th September, amounting to $75.94( the first two for 48.95 and the rest for the third pre-order book) out of which one book was a pre-order item. I have already paid the full amount and have some left in my card. The billing was done and shipment for the first two books has started. But today(9th September) I saw that my card was overcharged with $50.75 Which means that I have been charged twice for the first 2 books. I don't understand why they did it. The whole amount was deducted during the payment on 8th September and then again on 9th september again my card was overcharged. I want my overcharged amount back as I have already paid it once. Barnes and Nobles never did this before, I don't know what happened. You can have your headset for almost a year, out of nowhere they will want you to identify or verify your identity. You will need to give them a picture of your drivers license, your birthday, personal information, and you will also need to give them your debit card number so they can put a dollar charge on it to make sure you are who you say you are. If that process messes up at all, the only way to get a hold of customer service is through email. They barely reply and when they do, they don’t help at all. They want you to verify your identity, because they steal your data. They want to make sure no one under 13 is using it because it’s against the law to steal any child under 13’s identity. Instead of just not stealing your identity and data, they put you through all that so they can make sure they’re stealing it legally. Shady company.

If I could give a minus 10 I would. I was charged three times for an order and when I contacted door dash they said no, that was only a hold. I get my credit card bill and it shows I was charged 2 times and the 2nd order I did not order. I contaced door dash again and they it is too late for a refund, and they will send my feedback to a supervisor. The only reason I used them was because of my Chase Sapphire credit card benefits. Never again.

I am the proud owner of a XPS 13 9370 paperweight. I've been having issues with the system just locking up and randomly typing garbage. I have allowed at least three different "experts" access to my system, they've downloaded, virus checked, bios updated and done hours of stuff, each assuring me they FIXED my system only to have it fail again within minutes sometimes.I purchased the Premium Service and On Site service, I didn't want to send in my system with sensitive data and personal information. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Premium service is, foreign outsourced ID10Ts, foreign outsourced ID10T managers and supervisors, foreign outsourced chat bots and basically no support at all. They informed me I must send my computer in for service, that it would be 7 to 10 days after they fixed it before they would ship it back.On site in my world means on MY site, so this is unacceptable, they refuse to refund the remainder of my service agreement even though they have violated the terms, so we are left with no recourse except legal. We will be filing a claim in court and with the BBB, though the latter probably means nothing in India.So disappointed, I was till this week a avid Dell Fan, had great luck, but this fiasco has taught me that for the all mighty dollar even a good company gets greedy and falls from grace with it's customers.
