I was overcharged for the books I have already paid

I have purchased three books from Barnes and Noble on 8th September, amounting to $75.94( the first two for 48.95 and the rest for the third pre-order book) out of which one book was a pre-order item. I have already paid the full amount and have some left in my card. The billing was done and shipment for the first two books has started. But today(9th September) I saw that my card was overcharged with $50.75 Which means that I have been charged twice for the first 2 books. I don't understand why they did it. The whole amount was deducted during the payment on 8th September and then again on 9th september again my card was overcharged. I want my overcharged amount back as I have already paid it once. Barnes and Nobles never did this before, I don't know what happened.
