If I could give a minus 10 I would. I was charged three times for an order and when I contacted door dash they said no, that was only a hold. I get my credit card bill and it shows I was charged 2 times and the 2nd order I did not order. I contaced door dash again and they it is too late for a refund, and they will send my feedback to a supervisor. The only reason I used them was because of my Chase Sapphire credit card benefits. Never again.
