It simply gets shittier and shittier.. Allows all kinds of crap and scams that they ignore when reported, but takes random actions against you, like locking you out of fb market, deciding that you sell a counterfeit, tho their are legit.It's clear that FB is only out to protect Zuckerbergs buisness and political buddies, and push their agendas.For some reason FB's algorithm pushes zionist content on me, it's disgusting.Let's drop FB and go on better social media platforms, like MINDS, DIASPORA and MASTODON

Right now I am so annoyed with DSW

Right now I am so annoyed with DSW. I am that person that when somethings/someone is good I'm going to sing their praises...but if I receive poor customer service etc. I'm going to let everyone know about that to. Recently I ordered couple pair of boots online the process with After pay was wonderful but I had a problem with my free blanket. Once I received my order no blanket! So several times I tried calling DSW on 3 seperate occasions I had to wait no less than 30 minutes to speak with someone. Once I finally did there was a bit of a language barrier but we got through it. Then the next day once I received my email confirmation I see it's being shipped to the wrong address and that's one thing I made very clear. So I spend another 2 hours trying to get this corrected so I can get my order by weeks end as promised. I reach a pleasant person but there is a HUGE HUGE language barrier once again. She tells me she can't change the address then she puts me on hold comes back say they don't have the blanket and want to send me a different blanket I've never seen! After nearly a hour of getting no where and being totally frustrated I just said ok and goodbye only to receive another email with a shipping confirmation that still has the WRONG shipping address. They called me for a survey and I told them exactly what I thought. Thoroughly disappointed.

Review of booking

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I've needed with them many times but when my return flight got postponed then eventually cancelled I had a terrible experience (reference 40-534546579). Several, emails and calls, where I have had to be on hold for 20 or 30 mins, and 6 months later I am still waiting for a refund after being told it would be returned to my account.

I just received an email from PayPal to tell me that they transferred 146,41 euro's to academia.edu. One month ago I paid 1 euro to download some pdf's but I haver signed up for a premium account and 146,41 is A LOT of money. I sent an email to academia.edu and I hope to get a refund because this is wrong.

I ordered a tv by Otto last 27th of November 2020, and will be delivered as per websites promised 1-2 Weeks. It's ok, I understood because maybe many people had ordered because Holiday season is coming. 1 week after, I checked on their website for an update and it said in"5-8 days" is the delivery. I was so happy then. After 5-8 days I received an Email saying Delivery will be delayed for 1-2 weeks again. I was so red then and couldn't understand why would it took that long???? It took 1 month already and my order was not yet there. So I decided to look for another online seller of the same TV brand and features before I cancelled theirs. I was a new customer to them and so treated like that. I will never order ever again to this company! I realized that a good service for them is not important, so they deserve a zero review and feedback, because they've let me feel that I'm nothing to them!

On-Line Security .... NOT!! BEWARE!

If you think McAfee will protect you from being scammed, you are dead wrong. I believe McAfee are themselves SCAMMERS. Once they have your card details they will use it year on year to renew your subs ... whether you want to or not! They will bombard your in-box with emails, 10 to 15 each day for weeks prior to your subs expiring! Indeed, they will purposefully mislead you into thinking your subs are expiring by such on-line bullying, when in fact there are several months to go. They took £110 from me in June 2023 when my a/c expires in mid 2024. And they did so despite me cancelling auto-renew (which is another scam) and despite me telling them I wanted to cancel my subscription.The only way to stop them taking your money is to instruct your card provider to BLOCK any further transactions from McAfee; and the only way to get a refund is to instruct your card provider to pursue them through their dispute procedures. McAfee will do everything to stonewall any attempt you make.DO YOU REALLY WANT TO BE A CUSTOMER OF FRAUDSTERS LIKE THIS??

Spent 7 nights at the VnA dock rd…

Spent 7 nights at the VnA dock rd during 25 th March to 1st April. Had an awesome experience. Trevor the manager was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. So was Jason.The staff at breakfast were great. I think that the hotel should cater for halaal foods. The location is central and extremely convenient. Thank you to all those wonderful people who made my stay so pleasant.

Absolutely hopeless, i signed up for Premium but kept getting Adverts blasting out whilst listening to my music, I spoke to a Robot last week with stupid generic questions and answers and was given a 10 point plan to rectify the situation, how about “Get Stuffed” i am signing up with another Music supplier.

Worst company in the market. Avoid it!

I bought one a couple of years ago. It started saying your printer will stop working log in to resolve issue. I have tried everything! I called chatted to HP for days!! I’m not exaggerating they take a lot of time to get back. Then they say they can’t help me because I’m out of warranty and I need to buy a new printer! Are they out of their minds? The printer is working as it prints the error pages but it won’t tell me what it is. How can a company not help you with their products malfunctioning . I have spent so much time on this. Never spending money in HP products again. Waits of money and worst support service in the market. As good as nothing!

Good Product, Poor Customer Service

Update: Great product and service. We didn't end up using it as our business endeavor didn't work out, but the little we did use it, Jotform was perfect for what we needed it for.I also had a couple of interactions with their customer support, and at the end of the day they were good to work with. I would recommend Jotform.
