Dell Premium Service and other tall tales of Fiction.

I am the proud owner of a XPS 13 9370 paperweight. I've been having issues with the system just locking up and randomly typing garbage. I have allowed at least three different "experts" access to my system, they've downloaded, virus checked, bios updated and done hours of stuff, each assuring me they FIXED my system only to have it fail again within minutes sometimes.I purchased the Premium Service and On Site service, I didn't want to send in my system with sensitive data and personal information. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Premium service is, foreign outsourced ID10Ts, foreign outsourced ID10T managers and supervisors, foreign outsourced chat bots and basically no support at all. They informed me I must send my computer in for service, that it would be 7 to 10 days after they fixed it before they would ship it back.On site in my world means on MY site, so this is unacceptable, they refuse to refund the remainder of my service agreement even though they have violated the terms, so we are left with no recourse except legal. We will be filing a claim in court and with the BBB, though the latter probably means nothing in India.So disappointed, I was till this week a avid Dell Fan, had great luck, but this fiasco has taught me that for the all mighty dollar even a good company gets greedy and falls from grace with it's customers.
