If that process messes up at all, the only way to get a hold of customer service is through email. They barely reply and when they do, they don’t help at all. They want you to verify your identity, because they steal your data. They want to make sure no one under 13 is using it because it’s against the law to steal any child under 13’s identity. Instead of just not stealing your identity and data, they put you through all that so they can make sure they’re stealing it legally. Shady company.
