We have been cooperating with Sendinblue for a long time but since the change for the name to Brevo, it seems like all customer service has gone overboard.We work with a desperately outdated Magento 2 plugin and we have been experiencing bugs since day 1. Out shop has currently not been able to send transactional e-mail for exactly 30 days! I have been in contact with support for the same 30 days and all I get is stalling semi-answers and a refusal to do any real debugging.My advise: find another company to arrange your e-mailing if you value being able so send e-mails.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. My ‘smart’ Philips TV is the worst POS I have ever owned. It constantly reboots itself (five times in a row is its current best streak) and will often switch from whatever programme you were watching and return itself to the Home Screen. Then you’ll have to fight with it for about 5 minutes before it will actually listen to your input and resume what you were watching. Oh, and then it’ll reboot itself again. I thought Philips was a decent brand before this - I’ve no idea how they’d managed to foster such a reputation, probably brainwashing from the 5G - but I’ll never be buying any Phillips product ever again and I suggest you do the same. It’s not worth the hassle.

I've been an Open Table subscriber since it started. In fact, I'm considered by THEIR terms, a VIP. It means nothing. Whatever they're claiming to be in the restaurant world, they aren't. I lost about 40,000 pts. during COVID, AND it's a complete (and often doesn't work at all) pain in the ass EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I've tried to cash in my points. It causes no fewer than three restaurant employees/managers to make it work...IF it does at all. If they were a genuinely good partner, they would start by making it easy to cash in your points... from your phone, where you make most of your reservations, instead of having to go to a computer. You wouldn't have to print out a coupon, and you certainly wouldn't feel like a cheapskate when trying to use your points at restaurants you frequent. If you're lucky enough to make it work, you end up feeling like you're trying to pull a fast one on your favorite restaurants when you try to cash in your 'points.' It's difficult and embarrassing, and I could not recommend this app less.

User-friendly and convenient! I have been using Typeforms for gathering conference registrations and after action surveys. The 200 people I use it for are not the most tech savvy bunch. I have not had a single person say that they had any trouble with the site or with how to navigate what I put together on it. Several of my clients have started using Typeforms for their own organizations as a result.The design elements are super easy for anyone to use and I love that I don't need to know java or SQL to put together an attractive, easy-to-navigate site. And the results reporting is also very easy to use. I highly recommend Typeforms!

Bought an oven 4 years ago. 5 year warranty. Called Samsung as the oven was shorting my electrics. They sent out “elite digital appliances”. Guy looked at it and said that their was a problem and he would need to come back and repair it and would tell Samsung this. About an hour later, got an email from Samsung telling me that the appliance was working fine.So either; 1) Samsung are not paying the guy enough to fix it so submits a false report. Or 2) The guy gets paid to “fix” stuff that is broken. 3) I’m crazy and there is nothing wrong with the oven. Phoned Samsung and was told that there is nothing they can do. The man from the escalated team told me that I can’t complain, as they are the escalated team. So there is no complaints procedure. Only recourse is legal action. Thought that Samsung stood for quality and dependability. Just seen the reviews on here. Oh dear. What a scam. No wonder why we buy cheap appliances we chuck out after a couple of years…

As a recent convert, I am amazed by the features and capabilities of Parallels desktop. I've been using virtualisation solutions for many years, including VirtualBox, Citrix, Xen so I'm not a novice, but I didn't expect Parallels to be as comprehensive as it is. I still have a lot to learn to get the most out of it I'm sure, but so far so good. It may be my lack of experience with the product but the one area I see it lacking by comparison to other virtualisation solutions is the ability to specify explicit hardware configurations (for example the make and type of Ethernet interfaces, etc). This hasn't actually been an issue for me yet to be fair, but it's an obvious area of difference. So far, however, I am a very satisfied customer.

Filed a compliant on Dropbox regarding there system not working. This was replied by a generic canned mail. suggesting solutions, of which nothing worked. When I sent the actual screen shot of the issue ( which was asked for in the mail) the ticket was closed without a response and a feedback was asked for!!! Pathetic Customer Support!

They never visited the business but Google let them post a bad review on this business that's ridiculous. I will never have my business on Google reviews again you do not deserve to allow people to hurt small businesses that never used their services or bought anything . I think it is illegal and I am going to pursue harassment charges on the individual and I'm going to be questioning the legality of you allowing someone to write a bad review about a company that the person has never been to non-verified.and admitted If it's not illegal it should be
