Dodgy

Bought an oven 4 years ago. 5 year warranty. Called Samsung as the oven was shorting my electrics. They sent out “elite digital appliances”. Guy looked at it and said that their was a problem and he would need to come back and repair it and would tell Samsung this. About an hour later, got an email from Samsung telling me that the appliance was working fine.So either; 1) Samsung are not paying the guy enough to fix it so submits a false report. Or 2) The guy gets paid to “fix” stuff that is broken. 3) I’m crazy and there is nothing wrong with the oven. Phoned Samsung and was told that there is nothing they can do. The man from the escalated team told me that I can’t complain, as they are the escalated team. So there is no complaints procedure. Only recourse is legal action. Thought that Samsung stood for quality and dependability. Just seen the reviews on here. Oh dear. What a scam. No wonder why we buy cheap appliances we chuck out after a couple of years…
