We have been cooperating with Sendinblue for a long time but since the change for the name to Brevo, it seems like all customer service has gone overboard.We work with a desperately outdated Magento 2 plugin and we have been experiencing bugs since day 1. Out shop has currently not been able to send transactional e-mail for exactly 30 days! I have been in contact with support for the same 30 days and all I get is stalling semi-answers and a refusal to do any real debugging.My advise: find another company to arrange your e-mailing if you value being able so send e-mails.
