I used PayPal because I thought my money was safe. My order was sent to wrong address I lost £199. Paypal said I had no address registered although you can't have an account without an address so what does that mean. They found in sellers favour, PayPal don't want to know I give up, never use PayPal again, they will not accept any responsibility for THEIR errors. They stink.

After a purchase, I received a discount of 20% off my next purchase. My next purchase, I purchased something for 500 dollars and applied the 20% off discount. The discount showed up on the cart and checkout. However, I was charged the full amount. When I contacted them about what happened, they said they couldn't retroactively apply the 20% discount. I asked if there was a cap on the amount of purchase that the 20% off could be applied and they said no. I asked a few more times to then give me the 20% off like the cart and checkout showed it to be. They stated over and over again that they couldn't retroactively apply a discount, even if there was a mistake on their end. Later, I got an email stating that they fixed the glitche in their system and the 20% could be applied to the next purchase. I asked again for it to be applied to the purchase that I applied it to. They again said that even though it was their fault, they couldn't retroactively apply a discount. I then said that they cheated me and they got very sensitive and told me to not use "such immflamatory language". But, cheat me is what they did!! I'll never purchase anything through them again!

I love edX.org. I am very impressed with how they have set up their website. It shows so much information about the classes. They have everything that you need to know like the course description, syllabus, information about the professors, how much they cost, the duration of the class, etc. I also love the fact that the sound is great on the videos and they have the transcripts of every video for each class. This makes it so much easier to take great notes because you don't have to stop the video and then replay it. I am currently taking 2 classes with edX which are English grammar and Animal Behavior. I absolutely love the Animal Behavior class. The English class is somewhat of a challenge for me right now because I graduated from college in 1996. I'm very rusty when it comes to grammar and writing. It's been 23 years since I have been in a college setting and this is the first time that I have been taught by university professors but it makes me feel so proud. So far, edX has been fantastic! I'm thinking about enrolling in the oceanography class. I just don't want to overwhelm myself. Taking 3 classes is keeping me very busy these days but so far, I can handle it. Adding the oceanography class though might be overdoing it. It looks pretty time consuming according to the syllabus.

1tb external hdd with 2 years data recovery. I put attached the drive as usual one morning and nothing, the only software that recognised it was trend anti virus. The registration for warranty is a joke, spent over half an hour trying to figure out how to register, it just keeps asking for more and more info, eventually gave up when it wouldn't recognise the model number. All my pics going back over 10 years gone. They quoted over £650 with £45 in advance to recover, it's all over the box that it's peace of mind with 2 years free data recovery but they want money up front.

I'm a member of the eBay for more than 15 years and happy about them. The only problem is it doesn't discipline its bad deceitful sellers. Very recently I bought a lady's bag from an eBay seller gl.worknet (BYRON LIN, 2855 S Reservoir St, Pomona CA 91766-6526). The product is not what they described and the quality is extremely poor having skewed flap and stitches. The seller offered for return. However, if I return I would get less than a dollar because of the high shipping cost. And the seller takes that advantage that in most cases the buyer won't be encouraged to return an item.

Terrible . I sent my DNA kit back on the 11th Dec and paid extra for priority. After many conversations and many weeks they decided that the kit had been lost in the post and said they were sending me a new one out . I never received the new kit and we are now in Feb. I have now asked for a full refund but I won't hold my breath that I will receive it . Stay clear

Not happy with online booking experience at all, felt unjustly trapped in non refundable booking on a particular day. But hotel staff made up for it amply, especially Amy at reception and the temporary bar staff on 3rd January 2025. They went the extra mile on my wife’s birthday with upgrade to an executive room, complimentary excellent breakfast and a complimentary drink. There were also a birthday greeting and chocolates in the room. Will be returning to Leonardo Swindon again!

I was a little wary of this site because I just happened to stumble upon it while searching for new wall pieces. I am incredibly satisfied with the number and quality of options there are on this site. I was able to find a super unique piece and it came in a reasonable amount of time.

I payed for a Zoom Pro account, which after slightly more than one month of usage I wasn't able to login anymore (since the Google login into Zoom was broken). Until that point I was happy with the product. Then I tried to contact the customer support, which needed 7 (!!!) weeks of waiting time for the first nongeneric response. On its website Zoom promises response for urgent requests within 1h. At the end, the Zoom customer support could only close my account and reimbursed only part of the money I paid while the account did not work.For a paying customer this is beyond anything that I'm used to from a tech company - in terms of response time and in terms of honesty towards your customer.While the core product is very good, I can't recommend using it in any professional environment for the lack of customer support. If you are using the free version or don't ever need any customer support, then you might be happy.

After submitting my email address to Statista, they offered me a free temporary guest account with activation instructions. I followed their instructions exactly and received no guest account whatsoever. They followed with two more identical free offers. I responded again and again no acknowledgement. Finally, I requested they phone me. By phone, they scheduled an appointment with me, but THEY DID NOT SHOW UP for the appointment! They do not appear to be a serious business.
