I didn't receive a refund - I realised this a few months later as I am a really busy person. I also didn't realise that you have to return every item to the original supplier because ASOS are cutting costs and some of these suppliers don't have reputable ways of return. I sent the 2 dresses via Yodel and am chasing it up. I couldn't find the proof of return and it didn't help because there's no way of logging the return on my ASOS account system properly because some of the the companies they use aren't connected to it. So you can return something and there's no proof on ASOS side, it's like you're shopping directly with some dodgy retailer. They then asked for a receipt with the address of the return on it. I don't have that. I spoke to Parshant and Gabriel who promptly disappeared. If you don't have any proof of return you lose your money simply because the returns system isn't good, which isn't right. (Only if ASOS is the manufacturer of the item can you use trusty Tescos to collect and drop returns)I think, given how much I've ordered etc, they can see that I am a loyal customer and give me the benefit of the doubt. Most retailers do that.

Wattpad is trash that enables and encourages people to steal and repost works (fanfics, translations, novels) from other people. Many of the 'writers/translators' repost things with a description like 'credits to the author' without mentioning the author or even a source (when it's easily googled up), 'only doing this for offline reading' (when they can just buy it to read offline or download for personal use but never repost/share it on another app) without any permissions from the original authors/translators just so that they can read it offline. Many 'writers/translators' even copy-right it or actively say that they were the original writers/translators, which is a complete lie. They do this unrepentantly and even if you DM them, they troll you. And that Wattpad allows this makes them worse than Instagram where lots of artwork is stolen or reposted without consent too. This is because Wattpad actually have mods - but they allow all this atrocity to happen.Maybe mods are blind and can't see all the obvious stealing going on (which is blatant on many of these thieves' descriptions). Or maybe Wattpad shouldn't even allow fanwork to be posted at all because of how this is happening at atrociously high rates.I don't know. But as long as Wattpad allows piracy to remain on their site, then it is trash.

I was a long term customer of Wells Fargo having my home mortgages with them for almost 20 years. I just refinanced my mortgage and would never use Wells Fargo again. They engage in deceptive business practices, attempting to force their customer into buying products they don't want. Now they are holding my escrow money for 30 days before they refund it. They have no explanation for this. I get no interest and they get to use my money.

I bought two Logitech G703 mice. Both had issues on the right mouse button, as in, when playing FPS games it ADSs in and then out while still pressed. Makes the game unplayable. I bought one mouse in late 2019, 10 months later I had this problem. I bought a new mouse and ten months later I have this issue again. I wrote for support, took about a week to get back to me and mentioned nothing of the warranty - just gave really long winded instructions about how to check if the mouse works.
