I had a terrible experience with Gumroad. On the 11th, I purchased a product that came with a 30-day money-back guarantee. From the very first day, the product proved to be buggy and unusable. I immediately reached out to support for a refund, but it has now been over several days, and there is still no resolution.Their chatbot is utterly useless, providing only generic, scripted responses with no real support. It’s incredibly frustrating to see such a lack of accountability from a platform that claims to offer secure and reliable services.This experience has made me feel like Gumroad is more focused on looting customers' money through fake promises rather than delivering quality products or honoring their guarantees. I do not recommend using their services.
