I was a long term customer of Wells Fargo having my home mortgages with them for almost 20 years. I just refinanced my mortgage and would never use Wells Fargo again. They engage in deceptive business practices, attempting to force their customer into buying products they don't want. Now they are holding my escrow money for 30 days before they refund it. They have no explanation for this. I get no interest and they get to use my money.
