I would leave a "0" rating if I could. FB is useless. There is no way to resolve any issues you may have. Forget "appealing" anything. I tried to reactivate my account but got a message that I had done something against "community standards". Now that's funny! What standards?! My account was deactivated almost 6 months ago. When was this infraction supposed to have taken place? No way to find out. And I WILL NOT take a selfie to prove who I am. I should count this as a blessing. I'll probably be much better off without all the garbage of FB.

I searched the Internet for a Best Western hotel near me. Ok filled the blanks in received a price for 1 night Adults. I then saw a discount for Veterans or Government so I went back and applied the Veterans discount and low and behold the price went up $9. I then called Customer Service and she made a excuse that didn't hold water. I asked to be called the next day by a corporate official because this is not a mistake it's intentional ... She hung up on me... Unbelievable

Awful - DO NOT USE OPENTABLE!We booked for a graduation celebration, 6 people, through OpenTable. Reservation confirmed, turned up, restaurant closed on Mondays, so what were OpenTable doing sending us an email to say the reservation was confirmed? Obviously a computer-generated response with no contact at all with the establishment, so what is the point of that? It's worse than useless, as it meant we had wasted £8 on a Uber to a closed restaurant and had to walk half a mile (with 86-year-old grandmother) to find somewhere else. I complained to OpenTable. They offered 1,000 points (about £5) as compensation. When I suggested that the price of a cup of coffee might not be commensurate with the loss, not even covering the travel let alone the ruined celebration, I got an email which started "Hey" (appropriate salutation in the circumstances?) then the wrong name (the name of the colleague I first spoke to). The person then told me the company "feel awful" when these things happen (that helps a lot) but refused to offer anything more than 1,000 points, which of course I won't be using anyway as I will never use this dreadful company again. Book direct with the restaurant, much safer

Scammers. I activated the trial version but was not impressed by it. According to conditions, I can cancel within 14 days from purchase, which would happen after the trial version is over. Since I did not purchase a trial version, I simply activated it. I asked kindly for a refund, even explaining my current health issues and how domestika as a platform slipped my mind because of this. To no avail, ai generated response.They refuse a refund, even though I requested it within a few hours after they charged me. Going forward with chargeback. Stay away from this company. It was my worst experience with course based platform. Had similar experience with Linkedin Learning where I wanted only a month and accidentally paid a whole year. I was able to get auto refund and fix for my issue. Domestika is a joke!

Purchased convection oven 02/21/16. Installed on 03/13/16.Used over 5 or 6 times. On 04/21/16 I used oven. About an hour later I hear something pop in the kitchen. Couldn't figure out what it was. Next day I open oven door and inside glass on over door was shattered into thousands of pieces.i call LG. they send repairman who comes to my house on 04/27. He takes picture of door and leaves. On 05/11 I call repair place. They are surprised LG hasn't called me. He advised LG said damage was 'cosmetic' and is only covered for one week under warranty.I call LG and ask to speak to supervisor. Supervisor does best to get me off the phone. I tried to explain that this was not cosmetic but probably a flaw during manufacturing or transport. He kept saying cosmetic over and over.I am trying our State Attorney General's office to get LG to pay for their defective equipment they sold me.Just got a call from repair place advising me they would fix the problem for $200.00 which is about 22% of what I paid for the oven. I advised I would try to fix it myself.Terrible customer service after sale. They do not stand by their products. Never trust LG.

Terrible customer service - had a delivery slot 5-7pm sat (at a pick up location). Had a message to say running late. I got there 6:40pm had already left- online order tracker said order completed. ??- spoke to customer service that night - apologised and arranged for delivery Monday. - working from home - just checked order and says cancelled???- had another email to say driver will be collecting my return items on Friday (the ones never delivered)!!! - called customer service, on hold for 14mins, then get cut off (by them?)Awful!
