Worst customer service

Worst customer service. People in accounting were so embarrassing and was having a disgraceful attitude toward me and my restaurant. I was doing advertisements with YELP, and because of Covid-19, I didn't do anything good with my business, and the advertisements didn't help me. All I asked her was some kind of price break for the advertisement I placed with YELP, and due to Covid -19, the advertisement didn't help me in any way. The accounting lady was treating me like I was begging her for some money. I was ready to make another advertisement with YELP, and with this kind of employee attitude, I did not want to deal with YELP at all.

Good service

After reading all of these 1 star reviews I was expecting a lot of problems when it came to cancelling my trial subscription. I’d read the terms and conditions so I knew I had to cancel two days ahead of the expiry date. I put a note in my phone. I knew I’d need to call a number, so I called it when they opened, first thing.They answered the phone really quickly and offered me an extended trial for only a few pennies more, which I declined. They said fine, I said thank you. We had a pleasant chat. It wasn’t hard at all. I can see if you didn’t do the above things it would be a problem. Soooo… y’know.

Got a defected RMA Quest headset 3…

Got a defected RMA Quest headset 3 times and the 3rd was the worst (with a Pixel failure).Been close to 2 months ever since i contacted the support regarding this matter and till now no answer, no other way of communicating other than chat.They keep saying "im sorry you should have got an answer" every week and that they expedite it but in relaity they just used washed out words to make you think they care but they dont.They just ignore you for weeks/months and give you no support after sending you a defected headset!Worst service i have ever got in my life!!! Someone needs to sue them for breaking their warranty service and not supplying working products and support for paying customers

I havent recieved my phone yet

I havent recieved my phone yet. But the ordering experience was painful and took way to long. Advertised google promotions they would not honor because apparently google fi and google store are different platforms. Its like a bait and switch scam. If one has nothing to do with the other. Then why have them linked and redirecting between one another advertising deals discounts and promotions. Very confusing and makes the ordering process difficult and time consuming. No help from support on this matter either. One excuse after another. Its the same google. Hope this is no indication of the future. And if i hadnt already paid for my purchase and been stuck with it by the time i checked out and found out i got screwed. I would not be here. Time will tell.

Their billing department will start you on a low price discounted plan. Then raise the price significantly when your contract ends. I spoke to a rep to negotiate a lower price as we are a startup, they don’t respond and then raise the price the price on you. If you’re a startup, try not to get trapped in their billing games.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! I bought a Alien Ware Aurora R12 gaming pc for $1700. Dell shipped it with FedEx. I never received the package, I never received an email that it was delivered. I called FedEx they told me to call Dell. They told me to call FedEx. No one has a straight answer it’s been weeks I’m out $1700 and I have no Pc.
