Review of wayfair
I have been a business customer of wayfair for many years and a personal customer for more. I have always been at least mostly satisfied with both quality and customer service. I bought a mattress that is of average to poor quality despite it being $899. I've had it 30 days and see on the website that it is now $399. They will not price match or offer a discount of any kind. I know why it was discounted because it's very cheaply made. Customer service was an absolute waste of time. I will be sending the mattress back purely on principle. They would rather throw away a mattress that is opened than discount it to a more appropriate cost. I'd rather lose the $100 for return shipping than allow them to get away with this. This company has become trash. I canceled my business account and will never order from wayfair or their partners again.
Review of sage
I have used this company for many years, recently had a MAJOR and COMPLEX issue that would have prevented us from processing payroll which was due the same day - got in contact with support and let them know what the situation was and they resolved it in under 20 minutes. - BIG THANKS TO MIKE FROM SAGE CLOUD 50 PAYROLL SUPPORT TEAM!

Review of facebook
I'm quite disappointed with how my Facebook news feed is set up now. It is overwhelmingly dominated by ads, Reels, and posts from pages I haven't chosen to follow. It's rare to see updates from the pages and friends I actually want to engage with; they often get lost in a sea of irrelevant content. This shift has a real consequence for local organizations, like the 3 Palms Zoo. Even when they invest in boosted posts, it's likely that their message is being missed by the local community due to the sheer volume of other content. What used to be a valuable space for local businesses to connect with their audience now feels like a lost opportunity.Beyond the content itself, the overall user experience has become unnecessarily complicated. Navigating the platform and understanding its various features has become confusing and less user-friendly.Furthermore, when I've tried to get help with these issues, the support provided hasn't felt particularly effective. This adds to the overall sense of frustration with the platform's current direction. My hope is that this feedback is helpful in identifying areas where significant improvements are needed, ultimately making Facebook a more valuable platform for both individual users and businesses.

Review of foxnews
zero stars for foxnews.com. I signed up so I could comment on a murder case and it was either deleted by the moderator or the website doesn't work. Won't be back to that site; it is worthless. Heads up moderator or website designer, some people still use a computer! My intellect is a higher level than those that were commenting on the Kubiak murder case. So foxnews.com is for the stupid

Review of amazon
Placed an order of 4 items. The orders were to be delivered by Intelcom. Never got an email from Intelcom saying my package was on the way or saying when it was delivered like I usually do with them. Instead I only got a notification from Amazon saying my order was delivered and when I went outside nothing was there. Contacted Amazon right away and they told me blablabla if you haven't received it in 3 days come back the next day. After talking to their useless customer service I called Intelcom, stuck on hold for almost an hour before I got through. The guy I spoke with checked and saw that my package was delivered to the wrong address. He said that Amazon didn't include my email with my order which is why I didn't get any notifications from them and I asked if he could send me the photo showing that my package was delivered to the wrong address, which he did. After talking to them I contacted Amazon again and told them it was delivered to the wrong address and that I have the picture from Intelcom showing that it was. Again, they wouldn't do anything about it, just kept telling me to come back in 4 days. 4 days later I contact them AGAIN and told them AGAIN that my package was delivered to the wrong address. This is their exact response ''I apologize for the as trouble as you have not received your items. I am afraid to say that this is risk of loss. I am sorry but we are unable to provide any assistance for it''. The delivered my package to the wrong address and now I'm stuck paying for items that I didn't receive when I have photo proof showing it was delivered to the wrong house! I am done with Amazon! These pieces of trash will never get another dime from me!!! As soon as the return windows close on the Christmas presents I bought I am closing my account!
