Shocking Service and No compassion

Shocking Service and No compassionFlight was cancelled after being pinged every 30 mins for 4 hours saying there's a delay and moving the ETA by an hour. Realistically Delta knew the flight would not go ahead but continued to string everyone on. Eventually cancelled the flight at 10.30pm. Customer Service Desk at LGA rude and showed no compassion, offering to rebook in 2 days and when I mentioned we weren't from the US and what would we do about accommodation, we were told that there was nothing they could or would do. Would avoid travelling with them at all costs

Review of redbubble

They take 70% of what you earn.

I'd like an explanation hows taking 70% of the artists margin helping actual creators? One account made 35.72 euros the fees were a whopping 23.35 euros, that left 11.78 euros for the creator. How is that fair? Poor product quality, the print quality degraded too. No new, fun items. Oh, yeah, they take all your money but still want you to bring in your own traffic. Redbubble came crashing down, all in flames.

i have been using payhip for few weeks uploading my plr ebooks . out of no way one day i cant login into my payhip account . i had contacted payhip support team why i cant login , they didnt reply me . even if i doing anything wrong payhip should warm me first before closed my store. i think they are very unprofessional . do not waste your time dealing with them

I've used Manychat since 2017 for my agency. We've built automations on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and used the native email integration. We've created quizzes, lead generation forms, lead magnet delivery automations, and so much more, for a range of clients.The customer service team is knowledgeable and can help solve issues. (We've found some issues are because of Meta, so outside of Manychat's control.)We've been invited as beta testers for the product and worked closely with the team, giving honest feedback based on how we use the product for clients, which the team has taken on board.Sure, now with AI, there are plenty of other options on the market, but none is a main stayer (and main player) in this automation space. We trust Manychat to deliver what our clients need, and know we'll be supported in our choice. Thanks Manychat!

They forgot who is their ultimate…

They forgot who is their ultimate source of income, their customers (readers). Instead they have sided with the big corporations and betrayed their customers through corruption and gave Last of Us 2 a 10 when it clearly does not even deserve such score. Who is the loser? Us the people who try to get the true opinion of a game before we buy. IGN also loses because not only I will never use or read their site again but I will voice my opinion on all my friends and family to also not use their sites.

THE WORTS EVER SERVICE I RECEIVED, ARROGANT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I switched to Google Fi in Aug 2022....right off the bat, we had some annoying issues with our iPhones (2 lines). however that was just the beginning. I very soon realized we had NO INTERNET connectivity whatsoever when international (one of the main reasons we switched as we travel a lot)...in addition no MMS, group texts, picture texts unless between iPhones. It took 8 months to fix the issue....endless hour long calls with the customer service, literally a thousands emails, just never able to fix the problem. We decided to insist and hopefully get recognize some reimbursement...FORGET IT. 8 MONTHS later we can take advantage of the services we asked for, HOWEVER we had to pay for all services since DAY 1.They offered 20 dollars credit. I told them to keep it. NO IDEA, NO RESPECT for people. Be ashamed Google, i was not expecting this from you. We will change carrier.

Gog is my top shopping choice.

Gog is my favorite game store because I get to own my purchased games WITHOUT DRM! They also keep support for old computers that other game stores have dropped. The only negative is that there are a few popular, modern games that they don't sell.

What a shame I hadn't found these…

What a shame I hadn't found these reviews before now. I purchased a downloadable Topo maps for my 595Zumo 2 weeks ago. Garmin sent an email confirming purchase and download instructions. After following instructions, several times, I still have no maps. I tried customer support. Nothing. I followed YouTube instructions. No go. I have so far been on hold on the support phone number twice for an hour each time. No one has answered yet. So next step is a trip to the bank to dispute the payment of $199. Think I'll buy some paper maps instead. Buyer beware. Its more trouble than its worth.

This company chat support is scum

This company chat support is scum. I placed and received someone else's order. I did not even have the time to check it because the dasher left it in the front driveway! Not even at my front door. My co-worker found the food outside when coming to her shift. I then immediately contacted their chat support and they said they would escalate it and will hear back from them within 12 hours and that I would be refunded. So I placed my order again. Then I waited for their response, but nothing, and then I reached out to chat support again 3 hours later, I finally got an email saying that they would not refund me!! I was like what the hell????? I even provided them with the evidence, but yet they did not refund me! This company is a piece of Shiiiit! They lost a good customer. I am considering filing a lawsuit to teach them a lesson.

Most of order didn't arrive,no contact help

Would not use again, normally use just eat and occasionally that's wrong. But this is the worst delivery service most of food missing, ordered 2 kids meals, 2 adults from McDonald's.. only received 1 child chips, no drinks so paid for 4 meals and got 4 burgers in effect!! The driver did not knock or get code.. luckily my daughter was coming to ours and saw he had just left on doorstep.Rubbish to be able to contact, no answer from McDonald's, says to call driver, he didn't answer.. no live chat to send picture and complain. Have to email, but not holding out much hope... What a waste of money and time

Great computer, Horrible service

Great computer, HORRIBLE customer service. Took multiple phone calls and 6 customer service reps to find an answer to my billing question. Kept transferring me or, worse, told me they couldn't help me but to hang up and call back - this happened multiple times! The automated answering system was not exactly helpful either. It took maximum effort to get to a real person. I was trying to cancel my annual subscription to Microsoft 365 that was purchased through them (upon receiving the invoice via email). When I finally got a person who could help (through an email one of the customer service reps provided), I was informed Dell could not cancel/refund my annual subscription, as I was required to cancel within 7 days of renewal... renewal date was 10 days BEFORE they sent the invoice and charged my card. So, they waited the 10 days past the cutoff renewal date, and THEN sent me the invoice and charged my card. Bad business plus horrible customer service equals me never doing business with Dell in the future. Too bad, because the desktop has been dependable. (I just purchased two computers this week for the office, and they were NOT Dell's)

Pushing Their Own Hardware

Pushing Their Own HardwarePurchased VPN to set up their service on my Smart TV, and all I got was a sales pitch for their proprietary Aircove router. I told them I already have a router and don’t want to buy a new one—but they had no clear guidance for setting it up on my existing router or alternatives without a Windows device. Their support just circled back to buying more stuff. Not helpful at all.
