What a shame I hadn't found these reviews before now. I purchased a downloadable Topo maps for my 595Zumo 2 weeks ago. Garmin sent an email confirming purchase and download instructions. After following instructions, several times, I still have no maps. I tried customer support. Nothing. I followed YouTube instructions. No go. I have so far been on hold on the support phone number twice for an hour each time. No one has answered yet. So next step is a trip to the bank to dispute the payment of $199. Think I'll buy some paper maps instead. Buyer beware. Its more trouble than its worth.
