Great computer, Horrible service

Great computer, HORRIBLE customer service. Took multiple phone calls and 6 customer service reps to find an answer to my billing question. Kept transferring me or, worse, told me they couldn't help me but to hang up and call back - this happened multiple times! The automated answering system was not exactly helpful either. It took maximum effort to get to a real person. I was trying to cancel my annual subscription to Microsoft 365 that was purchased through them (upon receiving the invoice via email). When I finally got a person who could help (through an email one of the customer service reps provided), I was informed Dell could not cancel/refund my annual subscription, as I was required to cancel within 7 days of renewal... renewal date was 10 days BEFORE they sent the invoice and charged my card. So, they waited the 10 days past the cutoff renewal date, and THEN sent me the invoice and charged my card. Bad business plus horrible customer service equals me never doing business with Dell in the future. Too bad, because the desktop has been dependable. (I just purchased two computers this week for the office, and they were NOT Dell's)
