Shocking Service and No compassionFlight was cancelled after being pinged every 30 mins for 4 hours saying there's a delay and moving the ETA by an hour. Realistically Delta knew the flight would not go ahead but continued to string everyone on. Eventually cancelled the flight at 10.30pm. Customer Service Desk at LGA rude and showed no compassion, offering to rebook in 2 days and when I mentioned we weren't from the US and what would we do about accommodation, we were told that there was nothing they could or would do. Would avoid travelling with them at all costs
