I've used Manychat since 2017 for my agency. We've built automations on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and used the native email integration. We've created quizzes, lead generation forms, lead magnet delivery automations, and so much more, for a range of clients.The customer service team is knowledgeable and can help solve issues. (We've found some issues are because of Meta, so outside of Manychat's control.)We've been invited as beta testers for the product and worked closely with the team, giving honest feedback based on how we use the product for clients, which the team has taken on board.Sure, now with AI, there are plenty of other options on the market, but none is a main stayer (and main player) in this automation space.
