1 star is generous. After six weeks I can still not play MUT. If you have an Xbox series X don’t waste your time or money on this. They still have not been able to fix the issue after six weeks in customer support is worthless. This game was nowhere near ready for release and they are not working hard to fix the issues. SIX WEEKS and I still cannot access 90% of MUT features. Creating a case does no good. Every new person who takes it asks the same questions you already provided. Apparently their customer service doesn’t understand how case numbers work and cannot review previous communication. This is my last EA sports games after 20 years.

Wrong size, wrong colors!

Ordered online 2X, first one I recieved was wrong color. The second order my shoes were right wrong size. It has cause me more grief to go back n forth to the store and fedex to ship. I don't think I'll be ordering online anytime soon with DSW!!

After over two months of going back and…

After over two months of going back and forth with DSW support, I finally gave up. We are Canadians, and we purchased our daughter's shoes in the LA store during our vacations in CA. Those white shoes started to discolor with the bright orange stains (probably from the inside material) and are basically ruined and useless. The only solution from DSW support was to recommend that we go to the store in LA (4000 km) and talk to the manager.

I have been an ATT customer for 25+…

I have been an ATT customer for 25+ years. My cousin passed away on 9/24 and I have been trying to return the iPhone that she purchased under installments in August. For almost 2 months I have spent countless hours either on hold or put in phone loops at ATT. No one knows what to do for me to send the phone back. I was told by a rep to take the phone to an ATT store and they could ship back. ATT store told me that they could not ship back and that they could not print off a shipping label. I was advised to go to a UPS store and give them her account number and they could print off a shipping label. UPS store stated that I needed to come with the label. I have tried to do the right thing with no help. I can’t even properly grieve the loss of my cousin for the hold times, the transfer times, the driving in car to stores. Your process for something like this is broken. All I need is a shipping label. Your reps have no sympathy or empathy for something like this.

waited in all day for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered today for a birthday present only to find out at 6pm that its not coming - so a whole day waiting in for it (had no choice as its got to be signed for)for nothing - now got to do the same all over again tomorrow and hope it arrives - this is getting more common with Amazon so not a happy customer!!

Charging for reminder opt in messages

Booked at a restaurant and it asked if I wanted to opt in for reminder messages. I pressed yes as there was no mention of any T&Cs. Then when I have received my phone bill it has charged me for the texts. Had a Google and it doesn’t charge the restaurants for this service, only the customers. This definitely needs to be advertised when people are booking.

Nest Learning does not “learn” and…

Nest Learning does not “learn” and can’t tell the difference between heat & cool. We purchased the Nest Learning thermostat in Feb while it was still cold. During the winter we often turn the heat very low at night so it will not come on while we sleep but increase the heat during the day if we are inside. Now with the change in weather, we have switched the thermostat to cool. The “learning” is a complete joke—for example during the night it changes the temperature I had set down to 64°. I increased it to 74° when I got up this morning. It keeps changing the A/C to 64° —I have changed it back to 74° three times just this morning!! I have now turned off the “learning” feature. I would much prefer to be able to set my own schedule but apparently that is not possible with this model & I will have to manually set the temp when I want it changed. And when I do change the temp by 1 or 2 degrees it says something like it will take 1 hr 10 min to make a 2 degree change. DON’T waste your money. I’m sure my electric bill will be through the roof due to this terrible thermostat.

The premise behind crowdfunding via the public is a fantastic idea. There are many ideas out there worthy of funding, and indeed there have been many successful products released through this platform.However, the platform is rife with fraudulent "companies" asking for and receiving funds, promising items in exchange for a person to spend a certain amount of money to get their service or product developed.Now that said, some companies go in fully wishing to fulfil their promise once they receive funding, but sadly they underestimated the costs or just weren't prepared enough for the burden of running a company. While sad, they at least explain the situation and take responsibility. Those I am writing about though, deliberately choose to ignore those they have wronged, getting off clean with their ill gotten gains.In this sense, you would think that kickstarter would also be liable, and should have implemented better practices or been shutdown. This is not the case. They are no better than those they let scam, and in this vein should also be labelled criminals. The defense that they are a third party does not hold up, they let the fraudulent activity happen without consequence.0 stars, people that run this company should be in prison.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE

Terrible customer service. They refused to offer any flexibility or understanding for an issue that was out of my control. I booked one of their hotels using the "Book Now, Pay Later" option, but was charged three days before my stay. Despite the charge going through, my account still says I need to pay or the reservation will be canceled. Now I’m out $540 and have no hotel to stay in. Extremely disappointing experience.

The worst music app on earth!

The worst music app on earth!! They say watch this ad and enjoy 30 minutes of music. Then you can’t choose your music because they manipulated your library with strange music you don’t want in your list.You don’t want to listen to it and you can’t change it so you close the app and try again hoping to listen you your own list but then you have to watch the same ad again with the same fake promise of 30 minutes of music. Iam deleting my account today!
