Review of kraken
Kraken support is very bad. During document verification the process stopped before ending the verification. After that we have no access to our account at all. Also the app is not working anymore. So we send an email to supportdesk with a short description of this issue, mid of december. Till now (22 Jan) this issue is not solved by Kraken. We can't sell our crypto's means we loose a lot of money. Reaction of support is too slow without any effect.

I ordered something and Paypal took the amount from the wrong payment method. Seller refunded payment within an hour of ordering but Paypal took the money from my bank account and still have my refund too. I am now overdrawn and have to pay charges. If a company doesn't even care about customers who want to buy from them, what can you expect after you have bought their product?I called them and asked them a simple question about warranty of one of their products. After calling several departments and waiting for several call backs, they still couldn't answer my question. Nobody ever calls back from Panasonic India even though they keep promising call backs.

SCAM DO NOT USE!I sold an expensive item and sent it Royal Mail special Saturday delivery, the item was signed for and a photo taken when delivered, the trampy buyer reported to Depop they haven’t received them and Depop took the money off me and refunded them within an hour of the buyer reporting they hadn’t received them without any investigation, even though the tracking number clearly shows it has been delivered, signed for and photo evidence, I also got a report from Royal Mail which proves the GPS where it has been delivered to (which is the buyers house) and Depop are not interested!!!I am now seeking legal advice from a solicitor so I can take them to small claims court to get my money back!!!! Disgrace of a company DO NOT USE!!!!

I have an outstanding refund of £140 which has been outstanding for close to 4 years. ive left review after review and emailed plenty of times. I will continue to leave reviews in the hope one day my money will be returned. beware of the 'specialist team' excuse when your complaint or request has been submitted, they like this one alot, nothing special about this team because nothing gets resolved!

So, i bought a season pass for Assassin's Creed 3. Like all the other season pass owners, i was supposed to, be able to download the first DLC one week before normal buyers. Then a week before the release date, i got an email "You product is now available" well great, i have ben waiting for that. I click the download link, but i don't get the DLC. I have emailed ubisoft, i was supposed to get a response within 48 hours. after a week now, still no answer. I have searched the internet about my problem, and it seems that most of the buyers didn't get the DLC, and it seems like that ubisoft is taking all of our money, without giving us the DLC, very little official news from ubisoft. And all they have said have ben a lie. About 5 days ago they said that we should check our email, because they should have mailed us again, with the real download link. I have checked all over the internet, i can't find anyone who actualy got that email. Ubisoft takes your money, and don't give a shit. I will never buy anything from Ubisoft ever again. They are all just a bunch of liars!
