But since started using canva, I am not depending on them anymore.Its easy to use, provides templates, and allowing to import royalty free photos in real time. My ads, reels, social media posts, landing page, you name it. All are being done through canva.

The actual translation is great, but I encountered error messages when trying to pay them for DeepL Pro. I emailed customer service, and they responded that "due to internal policies" they would not allow me to purchase a subscription. This makes absolutely no sense, and they have not responded to my follow-up.

I had a disappointing experience with Agoda during a recent hotel booking. I was encouraged to “book now and request a price match later,” which initially seemed like a convenient and customer-friendly policy. However, when I submitted all the necessary information and screenshots showing a lower price for the exact same room and conditions, my request was rejected multiple times — each time with inconsistent and unclear reasons.What made the situation worse was the customer service. Every response took a long time, and the entire back-and-forth dragged on for over an hour, despite me providing all the details from the start. It felt like the process was intentionally slow and frustrating, discouraging customers from actually being able to use the price match guarantee.The $24 difference itself wasn’t important to me — I simply wanted to see if the platform stood behind its promises. Unfortunately, this experience has shown me that it does not.This kind of misleading approach wastes customers’ time and creates false expectations. I’ve used Agoda several times before, but this experience has made it clear that I won’t be booking through them again. I’m sharing this to help others be aware and avoid the same frustration.

I place an order online for a Stone Island pocket hooded jacket. The delivery arrived in quick time especially as it was sent from Hong Kong; however, it was all downhill from there.I opened the package today and I have received a Stone Island jacket, just not the one I ordered. The one received is a different colour, style & most definitely not hooded. The only thing in common with the one I ordered is that it is Stone Island.I have tried to contact HBX via all channels, such as direct message on Twitter, online chat, email, online form, and have not receive a single response.This has unfortunately led to me having to open a dispute with PayPal as I have no confidence that this company will deal with the issue in the correct way. I have given HBX 48hrs to respond, or my PayPal case will be escalated to a claim. I won't be using them again!!

Absolutely horrendous experience trying to cancel - I will never ever go near this publication again as a result. Over twenty minutes on an online chat as it’s the only way to try to cancel - they clearly delay purposefully to make people stay as they give up.

I had a terrible experience with Alibaba’s dispute resolution process and lost $3,196.34 due to their unfair Trade Assurance policy.I placed an order (#230667187001028347) on November 12, 2024, for boxes with magnetic closures. When FedEx attempted delivery, I refused the shipment due to visible damage. Later, I also discovered that the magnets were missing, making the product completely unusable.I immediately opened a dispute through Alibaba’s Trade Assurance, expecting protection. Instead of investigating fairly, Alibaba offered me only $500 out of $3,196.34, which I declined because it was unreasonable. They then closed my dispute, leaving me with nothing.I escalated to PayPal, but they sided with Alibaba. My bank also said it was too late for a chargeback, so now I have no refund and no product.Alibaba’s Trade Assurance is NOT real buyer protection. They side with suppliers, leaving customers with huge losses and no way to fight back. I have now filed a BBB complaint and am escalating this further to consumer protection agencies.I warn anyone considering buying on Alibaba—if something goes wrong, you are on your own!Alibaba, I demand a full refund of $3,196.34 and proper accountability for this failure!
