I am absolutely furious with the service I received through Alibaba.com. The company completely failed to deliver on the terms of our agreement, and Alibaba did absolutely nothing to hold them accountable. I got my money back, but they refused to refund their service fee, so I lost money on a service I never even received! I would never recommend Alibaba to anyone.
