Most pathetic Customer Support I ever met. All of them send exactly the same link to write to the safety team and close the discussion IMMEDIATELY, because they know that link is unopenable and they don't want you to ask any further, because they know exactly that link not going to work AT ALL.

Achtung bei Update-Abo QuickSteuer

Seit mehr als 20 Jahren arbeite ich für meine Frau mit QuickSteuer deluxe als Update Abo. Nun erfolgte in Jahr 2021 keine Lieferung. Ich wartete bis Ende Dezember 2021 und kaufte dann über e-bay die einfachere Version QuickSteuer 2022.Im Februar 2022 dann plötzlich Inkassoankündigung mit Mahngebühren. Haufe reagiert weder auf e-mail noch auf Briefe. Selbst die fristgerechte Kündigung des ABO wird nicht bestätigt.Achtung: Lieferrisiko vermeiden, kein ABO von Haufe, § 474 BGB scheinbar bei Haufe nicht bekannt

BAD Customer Service! NEVER USE AGAIN!

Fandango's website messed up and charged us 2 times for the tickets. I never got the confirmation for the tickets, thus never got the tickets. Took 2.5 hrs on the phone I hung up. 1.5 on the live chat feature the rep that helped me blamed the charges on my bank. When I asked to speak with the manager, the manager was no more help. I asked him about a rep that helped my husband because that rep asked how he could help then disconnected the session. When I asked the manager about this he said the chargers were by banks fault and disconnected the session. Such poor customer service. I will never use them again!

Account suspended without reasons and there's no way to contact support

Our account was suspended without any prior notification for "SPAM" even if we have never spammed. This means we cannot log in to the account. There is no way to contact support, you can open tickets, but to open tickets you have to log in (login is suspended). For every minute we have zoom off, we lose money.They said they had already notified us, and it's true... 2 months ago, we received a ticket that said, "you have overreached your email sending limits", but we do not have any limit, and we do not send emails (just automatic webinar reminder emails set 4 years ago), we asked for clarification, but we have never received any reply.It was an amazing service until some time ago, now they have increased pricing, and they have decreased the quality of customer support

The nickel and diming by Wells Fargo has gotten far beyond the ridiculous stage. Little hidden fees everywhere, and as their sub normal quality sinks lower and lower. I'm sure my little insignificant bank account won't matter so we're breaking up! Bye $hithole!

I would give zero stars if possible I ordered a case for my phone on March 3rd It is currently May 9 th 2020 and I still have not received the case after speaking with them It was returned to them they failed to notify me that the shipment was canceled failed to tell me anything I had to get a hold of them after 6 weeks of no case. They then said they could try a different courier that was their response 🤮🙄. Oh good another six to eight weeks on a Chinese case. that probably isn't worth the money I spent on it let alone the stress and anxiety I went through dealing with their awful customer service!!! People please we need to band together and stop buying these Chinese products that take forever to get here, spend a couple extra dollars and buy American that's what I'm doing!!

Impossible to contact costumer…

Impossible to contact costumer services. My feeds have been currently spammed with odd videos that lacks the features to hide them, block them , reporting them. I have 2 steps verification on, which doesn't seem to work all the time, basically I am not getting a SMS every time I log in. Site is clearly been compromised by third parties as for other sites these days. Being a so called professional network they should be able to provide a live chat to all their members, considering they ask for personal information. I am under the impression this basic services is currently offered only to premium members, which doesn't make Linkedin a safe network.Will escalate this further Many thanks Dominga Di Raimo
