**As an update to this. I was forced to contact my bank and ask for a chargeback as this useless mob never responded.**Bought a simple Nokia 105 single sim mobile, online from Nokia, for my wife as a backup for emergencies. When it arrived, it didn't work properly - there was no ringtone. I contacted them via their chat service, which on the surface, looks good as it is answered quickly. After an hour of changing setting, resetting and carrying out a full factory reset, it still didn't work properly. i the told them that I wished a full refund as it was faulty and I only had it for a matter of days. They agreed and said it would be refunded to my card within 5/7 working days. They even said I didn't have to return the faulty phone. That hasn't happened and I have been in touch with them now on nine occasionsvia the chat and their support email address. Each time I get fobbed off with a story that it is being escalated and will be dealt with soon. It's utter b*llshit and they are professional liars. Whatever you do, keep away from them. They are a bunch of shysters.
