DO NOT ORDER FROM SAMSUNG.COM and take any trade in promotions for phones. My S21 Ultra was fully reset and prefect condition. They reject them for no reason to get out of the trade. You are given 15 days to get them your trade in. They then have 21 business days to get you results. In my case they took 50 business days and told me in was locked. This was untrue, as my local carrier reset everything back to factory when activating new phone. My results came so late, you can't even return the phone that was ordered. I plan to dispute charges back to my credit card and show documentation I have with order placed, the trade in received by them and then their response 50 business days later. I also have my local carrier providing email stating was factory reset. JUST GOOGLE SAMSUNG TRADE IN. Many people are complaining they don't honor their offers.
