IAPP.org AIGP online training.This course is content vise okay but the software and the portal from IAPP is so bad to use this online materal on that it in no way can measure up to the normal IAPP standard.There are no indications of where you are in the material and you have to manually find the place every time you log on.This does not mirror a price of 1000 us dollars.

Don't waste your time playing at Chess.com at the moment. It is super annoying to start a game, just to be disconnected mid through the game because of their lack of proper infrastructure. Chess.com currently does not have the resources to handle the volume of players. They have built a system that was not scalable from the beginning and now games disconnect all the time. Don't waste your time and money with Chess.com. They are very fast when it comes to collecting $$$ for subscriptions but super slow when it comes to scaling up their system that is not working. They also had the audacity to increase the prices even though their system has its limitations. Weird priorities right there! Customer support are like parrots and just repeats that they are having trouble because the influx of new players. So stop accepting new players if you can't handle the current number?STAY AWAY!

My mom is having an internet outage within our area. Each time we called. They claimed that it's something to do with our modems. I just got my brand new modem last year. So everybody in my neighborhood that has ATT has bad modems? Seems like crappy equipment. We will be switching to Xfinity as they have better internet service anyway.

Best buy customer service department is a JOKE! It's primarily employed with non speaking US agents, that lie, mislead and deceived customers. I called two days straight to confirm a simple order under $30 and out of all 7 different agents none could get it right. When I requested a supervisor I was told one would contact me within 48 hours. LIE. When i requested an US agent because of the language barrier, I was told I had to hang up and call back. WHAT? How incompetent what type of Foolish Games is BB playing. Trying to shop with BB is a HIGHLY STRESSFUL, TIME-WASTING RITUAL. I will be glad when they close their doors forever. The system they are operating in is craftly designed to cause you emotional distress, debt, headaches, nightmares and loss of precious time and rude agents. I will not deal business with BEST Buy ever again.

Everything is difficult on this store. From payment to shipment, to client service. I order +3k€ in an instrument that unfortunetly, only thomann sells in Germany. Shipment is not in 2-3 days as online says, but comes with expedition. The tracking number doesn't works and the expection website also not. Thomann says would come yesterday, I waited the whole day. Wrote client support today. Their answer: We can't say when it comes, maybe this week, maybe next. They will send a message and set up a date. By now I am so irritated with the service I can't give anything more than 1 star.

Recently ordered a book through Abe, from UK bookseller Strawberry Hill. Book arrived with COD charges (unlike any of dozens of others I've ordered through Abe prior). They added a tracking number which I did not ask for or approve. The book could easily have been sent by ordinary Royal Mail with no additional charges. When I asked for a refund of the additional charges, the book seller ignored all but my very first email and Abe dumped the problem back on me, even though their policy states there will be no additional shipping charges for increased weight or up-graded shipping without prior approval from the buyer. Now, about three weeks later, and hassling with Abe, they have refunded the COD charges. Strawberry Hill Books have still never replied, even after pics to them of proof of the increased unasked for shipping tracking being added by them or the shipper they chose, Landmark Global. They re-iterated to Abe that they 'have never had this problem before' as if that excuses them or their not replying to me or taking responsibility for a problem they created. Abe has now shifted this review from a one star rating to four... but then back to 2 stars when they again sent a copy and paste customer service line: "Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Ordering from a bookseller located in your own country will help eliminate the chance of these fees being applied." Well these charges are not the buyer's when they buyer does not ask for or approve them. Back to 2 stars for Abe. Their customer service needs a lot of work. Considering they are owned by Amazon they should refund as easily as Amazon does, not be as obstreperous as they have proven. What a waste of time for them and me the way they currently choose to do things, and there are several other used book services out there. I'll be using them a lot more. Strawberry Hill Books UK, still rates zero stars as does Landmark Global shippers.
