Class Action

Best buy customer service department is a JOKE! It's primarily employed with non speaking US agents, that lie, mislead and deceived customers. I called two days straight to confirm a simple order under $30 and out of all 7 different agents none could get it right. When I requested a supervisor I was told one would contact me within 48 hours. LIE. When i requested an US agent because of the language barrier, I was told I had to hang up and call back. WHAT? How incompetent what type of Foolish Games is BB playing. Trying to shop with BB is a HIGHLY STRESSFUL, TIME-WASTING RITUAL. I will be glad when they close their doors forever. The system they are operating in is craftly designed to cause you emotional distress, debt, headaches, nightmares and loss of precious time and rude agents. I will not deal business with BEST Buy ever again.
