My mom is having an internet outage within our area. Each time we called. They claimed that it's something to do with our modems. I just got my brand new modem last year. So everybody in my neighborhood that has ATT has bad modems? Seems like crappy equipment. We will be switching to Xfinity as they have better internet service anyway.
