I have had nothing but good service. With that being said check the sellers opinion before buying. Every seller is different so I understand that some people had bad experiences. Recently ordered a book through Abe, from UK bookseller Strawberry Hill. Book arrived with COD charges (unlike any of dozens of others I've ordered through Abe prior). They added a tracking number which I did not ask for or approve. The book could easily have been sent by ordinary Royal Mail with no additional charges. When I asked for a refund of the additional charges, the book seller ignored all but my very first email and Abe dumped the problem back on me, even though their policy states there will be no additional shipping charges for increased weight or up-graded shipping without prior approval from the buyer. Now, about three weeks later, and hassling with Abe, they have refunded the COD charges. Strawberry Hill Books have still never replied, even after pics to them of proof of the increased unasked for shipping tracking being added by them or the shipper they chose, Landmark Global. They re-iterated to Abe that they 'have never had this problem before' as if that excuses them or their not replying to me or taking responsibility for a problem they created. Abe has now shifted this review from a one star rating to four... but then back to 2 stars when they again sent a copy and paste customer service line: "Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Ordering from a bookseller located in your own country will help eliminate the chance of these fees being applied." Well these charges are not the buyer's when they buyer does not ask for or approve them. Back to 2 stars for Abe. Their customer service needs a lot of work. Considering they are owned by Amazon they should refund as easily as Amazon does, not be as obstreperous as they have proven. What a waste of time for them and me the way they currently choose to do things, and there are several other used book services out there. I'll be using them a lot more. Strawberry Hill Books UK, still rates zero stars as does Landmark Global shippers.

I migrated over to Rank Math in 2020 after using Yoast for many years, I was initially impressed with all the features and signed up to the pro subscription but over the last 4 years we have had to deal with numerous issues, the most recent being an issue with the sitemap XML. Because of this and the increasing cost of the subscription I decided to cancel our sub and migrate over to Slim SEO which is a breath of fresh air in comparison.Luckily, we had around 10 days left before renewal so I cancelled the subscription, I'm aware that others have attempted to cancel their subscription but still had money debited from them and Rank Math does not allow you to remove payment method (which is another reason for ending my relationship with Rank Math) so I cancelled the recurring payment at PayPal - For anyone else having this issue and you use PayPal as a payment method, visit PayPal and look for FastSpring (this is their current payment merchant) and just cancel it there, otherwise contact your credit card company and block any future payments to FastSpring / Rank Math.To summarise, if you are looking for a free SEO plugin then I would recommend Slim SEO over the free version of Rank Math as it is a more lightweight and easy to use plugin that has all you need for SEO, I cannot recommend Rank Math Pro due to the issues we have experienced over the last 4 years and offers no real benefit compared to other SEO plugins.

I purchased an LG refrigerator from Home Depot in May of 2020. The refrigerator arrived and was setup by technicians. Every time the ice maker runs, it shoots water on the floor from a broken connection. I have been working with LG since June 2020 and even though no parts are available (for a brand new refrigerator) LG has managed to drag out the process for five (5) months. I have logged over 15 hours on the telephone and have spoken with no less than 9 LG support persons, executive service team members and repair technicians.I would never recommend purchasing any product from LG as they are incapable of providing any timely repair or return.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent purchase experience from Wayfair. I ordered a fan on September 8, 2023, which was promptly delivered on September 9, 2023. However, the nightmare began when I hired an electrician to install the fan on September 11, 2023. The electrician informed me that the fan was defective, as he was unable to securely fasten the bolt and nuts to anchor the fan blade.In my frustration, I immediately reached out to Wayfair's customer service for assistance. I was assured by their representative that someone from the manufacturer would contact me shortly to address the issue. It has now been five days since that assurance, and I have not received a single call or communication from the manufacturer.What is most infuriating is that I was informed by Wayfair's customer service that I cannot return the fan unless the manufacturer contacts me to troubleshoot the problem. I find it absolutely baffling that I am being held responsible for contacting the manufacturer when Wayfair was the one who placed the order on my behalf. I have no means of contacting the fan manufacturer, as no information was provided to me.All I desire at this point is a refund for this defective product. It is unfair and unreasonable for Wayfair to expect me to navigate this issue when it was their responsibility to deliver a functioning product in the first place. The fact that Wayfair's website does not even offer a straightforward option to return the item adds to my frustration. I am left with a non-functional fan, an unresolved issue, and a profound sense of disappointment in Wayfair's customer service and product quality.
