Everything is difficult on this store. From payment to shipment, to client service. I order +3k€ in an instrument that unfortunetly, only thomann sells in Germany. Shipment is not in 2-3 days as online says, but comes with expedition. The tracking number doesn't works and the expection website also not. Thomann says would come yesterday, I waited the whole day. Wrote client support today. Their answer: We can't say when it comes, maybe this week, maybe next. They will send a message and set up a date. By now I am so irritated with the service I can't give anything more than 1 star.
