Constant courier problems. ASOS has changed couriers and they are awful. I pay for the annual next day delivery service and am quite flexible when parcels are late. I do appreciate an update though. With the previous provider I would always be told when the delivery would be changed to and that would help ensure I could be home to get the parcel. The new courier doesn’t update tracking and will say ‘out for delivery’ for several days without being delivered. It is very hard to speak to the asos team as they insist to give it more time…. Then after you’ve given time, they contact the courier and give them three days to reply… only then will they considering a refund and you’ve had to wait over a week for something ‘next day’ to be refunded rather than receiving it. I appreciate there are policies and delays can happen but the new courier offers a worse service to the previous one and isn’t worth the annual subscription. I’ve received orders faster just using standard shipping! Must be the next day demand that overwhelms their couriers etc and is counterproductive.

Used to be a great company to deal with but no longer. Their online ordering is such a slow process and their returns processing is absolutely appalling. Slow beyond belief, no way to contact them that gets anything like a prompt and useful response, then when they eventually do refund you, only certain items are credited! Disgusting and never again will I order from them.

Review of yelp
Our business has nearly as many reviews that Yelp has chosen to hide as they have posted - oddly, the hidden reviews all are 5 star reviews. This results in a 3.6 total rating because of a small group of negative reviews. They prejudice towards negative reviews. We encourage all clients to submit reviews on all platforms. We have excellent total ratings on non-yelp platforms.

I recently encountered a medium complexity problem with SBS On Demand subtitles not displaying. As we age we are finding it increasingly difficult to understand dialogue, particularly given series and film directors insistence on adding loud music behind everything. Thus we really rely on those CC. The original suggestion from Support worked but was inconvenient and a little risky, and I explained why. Soon after I received a second clear and comprehensive explanation of the symptoms I had, an apology they possibly could not provide a perfect fix, and a comment the support person had gone to one of the senior developers for further advice. Then followed the extra information I had sought, which turned out to solve the issue at least in all my tests to date. A perfect answer deserves a perfect score. I've dealt with hundreds of Help Desk staff both professionally and privately and this was one of the best experiences I've had.

Quite possibly the most infuriating website experience i have ever had. When watching a movie for free with ads, it would constantly kick me out of the movie. it would go back to the home screen and fully sign me out, and sometimes the movie i was in the middle of wont even show up in the library. Therefore, i must search for it again and skip to the time i was at before the glitch, which prompts 5 two minute unskippable ads. It will even sign me out during ads sometimes. Fandango does not deserve any of your money until they can get their shit together and make a functional service.

The Wells Fargo in Eureka Ca drive thru banking is constantly out of service, more so than not. Their parking lot is disgusting. Trash everywhere it’s like they don’t even care. The entry way also smells like pee. If they hired more help or security, maybe the homeless wouldn’t happily hang around this banking location.
Review of patreon
Patreon customer service is the worst in the world. Somehow they duplicated my account and charged me double. I notified them straight away with proof of the double charges and asked them to cancel this duplicate account and refund the charge. They told me the issue was I was billed for last month and this month on the same day and was a correct charge. I honestly don't think Eleina (their customer service person) even read my email and just sent a standard email response. I proceeded to email her back to clarify and never got another response even after six emails chasing this up. I contacted support again through the patreon website and it was more of the same but from different staff (Sai and Alex). Incorrect information. No responses. Generic responses that focused on just part of my email ignoring my refund and cancellation requests. They refused to have a manager contact me. I have now been charged double three months in a row and I asked them to cancel all of my accounts/subscriptions after I realised how pathetic their service is months ago so I shouldn't have been been charged even the first charge. No refunds. No apologies. No support to find out how to stop this. I've gone to PayPal and lodged disputes. Patreon owe me refunds for seven charges in total and have wasted almost three months of time now. They have no phone number and staff ignore emails they can't be bothered responding to. I will be telling everyone how terrible they are.

The experience was good rather than great. My doubt has been cleared. However, I think you should make clear to everyone what is done with the money people donate when signing your petitions. It was not clear to me. I actually thought the money went to the initiators of the petitions.

I have had nothing but good service. With that being said check the sellers opinion before buying. Every seller is different so I understand that some people had bad experiences. I gave 5/5 because all of the books I received were on time and cheap. You can trust the following sellers: Re-Read Ltd Reusabook BookmansPlurabelle booksJR booksGyan Books Pvt. Ltd. Review of abebooks
Recently ordered a book through Abe, from UK bookseller Strawberry Hill. Book arrived with COD charges (unlike any of dozens of others I've ordered through Abe prior). They added a tracking number which I did not ask for or approve. The book could easily have been sent by ordinary Royal Mail with no additional charges. When I asked for a refund of the additional charges, the book seller ignored all but my very first email and Abe dumped the problem back on me, even though their policy states there will be no additional shipping charges for increased weight or up-graded shipping without prior approval from the buyer. Now, about three weeks later, and hassling with Abe, they have refunded the COD charges. Strawberry Hill Books have still never replied, even after pics to them of proof of the increased unasked for shipping tracking being added by them or the shipper they chose, Landmark Global. They re-iterated to Abe that they 'have never had this problem before' as if that excuses them or their not replying to me or taking responsibility for a problem they created. Abe has now shifted this review from a one star rating to four... but then back to 2 stars when they again sent a copy and paste customer service line: "Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Ordering from a bookseller located in your own country will help eliminate the chance of these fees being applied." Well these charges are not the buyer's when they buyer does not ask for or approve them. Back to 2 stars for Abe. Their customer service needs a lot of work. Considering they are owned by Amazon they should refund as easily as Amazon does, not be as obstreperous as they have proven. What a waste of time for them and me the way they currently choose to do things, and there are several other used book services out there. I'll be using them a lot more. Strawberry Hill Books UK, still rates zero stars as does Landmark Global shippers.
