Customer service at El Corte Inglés is a complete joke. We've sent multiple emails about an order we placed that arrived damaged and have had four different tickets opened as a result. After four weeks not one of them has been replied to. There's simply nothing in their ticket system when you click on any of the links to them. This is appalling. I don't think I've seen such a bad rating here on Trustpilot at 89% 1 star, but it's a clear indicator that El Corte Inglés has very serious internal problems that it refuses to address and correct.

Useless customer support. They've been taking me around in circles with instructions that lead me to the starting point again and again. They don't read my requests, they just copy pre-made answers that ask me to do what I'm telling them I cannot do. We lost all access to our workspace and with that a lot of important emails, files, and the use of the domain that we had purchased in another provider. And there doesn't seem to be any way of recovering it. Do not enter Google Workspace. You will regret it.

I have a paid subscription to Dropbox but every hour a notification pops up to upgrade. How many thousand times you can cancel and say no, finally by mistake you click OK and here you go, you get an upgrade that you really don't need. I pay over a $100 per year already and hardly have any files there. looks like some jurk at Dropbox thinks this is the only way to increase revenue. I am looking to replace Dropbox although I have pre-paid for the entire year.

After updating my details, upload my ID and all that "security/control" system, I realised that my wallet was EMPTY!!! Yes, my cash on my coinbase wallet is gone. Good luck finding help. You are on your own with these people: no email or phone numbers in the app. You only get AI with frequents issues but because VANISHING YOUR MONEY isn't there, you get no answers. After expending my precious time going around in circles, I managed to chat with possibly a human being that was NO HELP at all and the chat close by itself with no further communication from an agent or customer services. In summary, COINBASE let you down when you experience issues but are amazingly good at taking your money. Personally, I think their systems have serious flaws and they don't stand by their mistakes. Google without any doubt is the most evil company in the world, they are simply the worst !!!They did many anti consumer things but they also paid youtuber to not cover about their shadyness which is terrible !!!First they ruined google search, it used to be trusted search engine however this trash search engine is now filled with propaganda, negativity, scam, fake website which is filled with virus, malware, or any website which can steal your information, i don't understand how the hell dangerous website like that showed up on first page, not to mention its filled with censorship bullsh*t like hiding every goverment corruption news, Google is really disgusting and evil !!!Now let's talking about Youtube, this video platform is also the worst right now, its also suffer from the same issues like google search, so many propaganda, fake outage, misleading video, scam, etc and now they also they remove dislikes button and block people who watch video using adblock while this youtube trash is unwatchable without adblock. What they did is just terrible !!Also android which should be open source is no longer true open source after they force oem to put playstore, almost every android apps just didn't works without playstore, also there are so many stupid changes on every new updates, android sucks so bad even newest android update is more like regression rather than update especially after they makes it become almost as restricted as ios which is pathetic, on top of that we got android which spy every activities and Google sold people data which makes android even worse than it already does !!!Even back in the day when i still use my Windows Phone it run much better, faster and much safer than android but due to Google being evil by not allowing their apps on Windows phone it caused Windows phone loses users and now it got discontinued, how the hell EU and US laws didn't see Google doing anti consumer while they are actively blocking their competitors on purpose like that? New tv just after Christmas 65 inch referred by John Lewis to LG as they deal with warranty for 1st two years and the fault was after 1 month started in early feb got written response sent photos of screen to set appointment parts ordered waited then 2 follow up calls parts not in then arrived broken.Then after further complaint resolutions dept contacted offered replacement TV fine happy so far 14 March take tv off wall there letter asked for a quick response from us done same know 22 March phoned up resolutions dept informed paper work sent up for approval surprize this can take up to 28 days I pointed out this was not indicated in the letter of offer .The person I dealt with was unconcerned and to be honest uncaring .Would i by LG again no no no will update on the final outcome even if it the small claims court

I’d have given zero star if I could. Horrible customer service when you needed it. Package couldn’t be delivered because it required someone to receive it. There’s no more follow up information. Called customer service. They kept saying it’s been delivered as indicated on their system and the call centre staff kept interrupting you during the conversation. Also there’s not much they can do at the centre.
