New tv just after Christmas 65 inch referred by John Lewis to LG as they deal with warranty for 1st two years and the fault was after 1 month started in early feb got written response sent photos of screen to set appointment parts ordered waited then 2 follow up calls parts not in then arrived broken.Then after further complaint resolutions dept contacted offered replacement TV fine happy so far 14 March take tv off wall there letter asked for a quick response from us done same know 22 March phoned up resolutions dept informed paper work sent up for approval surprize this can take up to 28 days I pointed out this was not indicated in the letter of offer .The person I dealt with was unconcerned and to be honest uncaring .Would i by LG again no no no will update on the final outcome even if it the small claims court
