Customer service at El Corte Inglés is a complete joke. We've sent multiple emails about an order we placed that arrived damaged and have had four different tickets opened as a result. After four weeks not one of them has been replied to. There's simply nothing in their ticket system when you click on any of the links to them. This is appalling. I don't think I've seen such a bad rating here on Trustpilot at 89% 1 star, but it's a clear indicator that El Corte Inglés has very serious internal problems that it refuses to address and correct.
