Useless customer support. They've been taking me around in circles with instructions that lead me to the starting point again and again. They don't read my requests, they just copy pre-made answers that ask me to do what I'm telling them I cannot do. We lost all access to our workspace and with that a lot of important emails, files, and the use of the domain that we had purchased in another provider. And there doesn't seem to be any way of recovering it. Do not enter Google Workspace. You will regret it.
