I called customer service and they said they called the store I was supposed to pick up my order but apparently when something is of small quantity like 1 or 2 they don’t cancel your order they automatically place an order for you from the warehouse and ship it to the store. If I wanted to place a order from the warehouse I would have done it for myself.customer service ignores your calls and gives you a hard time making you wait 30 min to an hour. Basically they steal your money.An in store pick up for an item should be the items In the literal store even though it’s low should not automatically be place in a order for you without the customers permission.

Negative review if there is an option. This company exist to make people's life miserable! Too many stuff ups and I am speechless. Company line was unable for some reason yet we still have to pay for the phone system. We had no phone line for 6 months plus and got transferred to many different lines when tried to call and then got cut off in the end😆. Such a joke, this company hire useless staff from overseas just to pick up phones and pretend working and get paid, but they don't know what they are doing...Just speechless...Do NOT sign up with this company for business phone lines!! You will definitely regret if something goes wrong! Years later, found out we have negative credit on our file, cos Telstra send the bill to the wrong address, so we NEVER received a bill! Omg...Telstra is like a never ending nightmare😓...
