Y'all straight up lied to me. I booked a hotel because they have a pool. Found out day of check in pool was closed so I called 1st guy rude. Told me I can get my money back if I booked a different hotel through him. He tried to tell me they only had 1 room $258. I was at the same time looking on Expedia and see same hotel with a room for $125. I called again and was under the impression I would get my money back because I booked the other hotel through Expedia. I can't always understand broken English. Now I get an email I ain't getting my money back. I wasn't tryna scam and we had fun at the hotel in the pool. Y'all totally suck and could made this a better experience instead I got rudeness and lies.

Bad service! They just leave the chat instead of helping you out! My account got blocked, apparently because i returned to many items. And i can not return anything from my orders thats i placed before they blocked me. It okay that you change your policy but you can’t use this policy on orders that have been placed before you changed your policy!

The threads on the inside of the bra are sharp and tickle the skin unpleasantly and it is impossible to wear, I didn't feel it right away, made of poor fabric. The examples show clothes made of good fabric and looks very nice, but they sell clothes made of poor fabric. I wouldn't advise such junk to my enemy 😡

This customer service experience is AWFUL! They do not respond. I can’t log in and haven’t been able to log in for some time now. I have 2 tickets (850196, 850253, and not one has been answered. I don’t even receive a ticket for my last email. I’m about to launch my school but am considering moving to a different platform. If I’m having this experience, what on earth will happen to my students! I just want to get into my account before the year is over.

It's hard to transfer away, they will do everything to frustrate you, transfer away before it's too late.I see most of the bad reviews about domains are the customers who come from Google Domains.I wish I had known this sooner so I could transfer my domain from Google Domains before Squarespace acquired them.

Non-existent customer service. Complete waste of time attempting to start a chat - you answer all the basic questions, wait to be connected and THEN, receive a message that chat is not available due to high volume. After 5 days and countless tries, I opted to send an email since that is the only other option. After a few days, I received a response saying that they are getting a high volume of emails and would get to my email as soon as possible. Three days later, they send me a customer satisfaction survey, asking me to rate the customer service I have yet to receive!! It has now been 9 days and tons of time wasted but still no response.

Just as other's reported, the Statista web site promotes a $39 monthly plan "Personal Plan" but when you click on it, it charges you $468. I immediately cancelled the subscription (within an hour) upon receiving this email but Statista is unwilling to issue a refund. I did not download any reports. I am currently contesting the charges though my CC company. The fact they use such tactics to charge consumers is dishonest if not outright fraud.

I am very dissatisfied with the lack of quality of a bedspread I ordered from Macy's. When I first looked at it the price was approx 1/3 of the price a few days later. (too much manipulating of the price). Since opening it 2 days ago I am very disappointed, it is too cheap looking. I expected better from Macy's. Buyer Beware! . . . . I thought I was.
