After updating my details, upload my ID and all that "security/control" system, I realised that my wallet was EMPTY!!! Yes, my cash on my coinbase wallet is gone. Good luck finding help. You are on your own with these people: no email or phone numbers in the app. You only get AI with frequents issues but because VANISHING YOUR MONEY isn't there, you get no answers. After expending my precious time going around in circles, I managed to chat with possibly a human being that was NO HELP at all and the chat close by itself with no further communication from an agent or customer services. In summary, COINBASE let you down when you experience issues but are amazingly good at taking your money. Personally, I think their systems have serious flaws and they don't stand by their mistakes.
