It is unclear that the initial reduced-price offer automatically leads into a YEAR LONG subscription commitment. Like many others on here I was taken advantage of by this, and cancelling the subscription with Adobe was challenging and ended in a HUGE cancellation-fee.I will not use Adobe again and will definitely not recommend to anyone.

The ABC news channel is hopeless with work experience quality reporters reporting on stories that are simply of 'clickbait' quality. So many news stories are human interest only, featuring interviews with any 'Jo Blow' from the street & how it impacts them rather than focusing on the facts. There is definite bias exhibited by the journos who aren't even presentable while doing reports. They can't even get the d*mned time right on their clock. You can try lodging complaints to the broadcaster but don't expect anything beyond a recognition of you complaint 5 months down the track! Put simply you are rubbish ABC.

I’ve been a dedicated seller on Mercari with a five-star rating for over two years. Recently, without any prior warning or clear explanation, Mercari suddenly suspended my account and withheld my earnings. I had completed all transactions professionally, shipped items on time, provided tracking numbers, and maintained excellent ratings. Despite meeting all my obligations, my funds remain inaccessible.Mercari’s lack of transparency and poor communication with loyal sellers is disappointing. Reaching customer support has proven difficult, and I still have no clarity on why my account was deactivated or when I’ll receive my money. This experience has raised serious concerns about Mercari’s business practices, especially regarding their treatment of sellers.I strongly advise caution to anyone considering selling on this platform. There’s a risk of sudden account restrictions and withheld funds, regardless of your track record. Mercari needs to address its policies around account suspensions and improve customer support for sellers.

Just made my list .. horrible experience I thought/ know I purchased movie tickets so I could afford to take my grandsons to a movie.. well that wasn't what I received!! Feeling frustrated because nobody has tried to reach out after several attempts to contact.. I will review my bank statements and let them know I didn't receive what I was promised. Definitely won't be doing that again!! BEWARE and DON'T BE FOOLED THIS SITE IS A OBVIOUSLY A SCAM !!

Despite my efforts to obtain information regarding GoPro's policy on this specific matter, Mhel C was unhelpful and unwilling to provide any relevant details - one of this person stated ' Do what you want , I won't share it ' .Throughout the conversation, I felt as though my inquiries were dismissed, and Mhel C displayed a lack of interest in assisting me. It is disheartening to encounter such a dismissive and uncooperative attitude, especially when seeking assistance from a company with a reputation for quality customer support.As a GoPro customer, I expected a more positive and informative interaction. However, Mhel C's behavior has left me questioning the level of customer service that GoPro aims to provide.I believe that a company's success is not only measured by the quality of its products but also by the effectiveness and courtesy of its customer support team. I purchased a Christmas gift from Etsy seller Pegai, messaged seller to confirm all items ordered were accurately received by seller and received confirmation all ordered items received. When I received my order it was missing items - contacted seller who replied that missing items were not included in original order. I sent messaging history of my conversation with seller and seller's confirmation that all items ordered were included in my original order. Now seller saying items missing from delivery weren't included in my original order. Had to re-order the missing items and pay another shipping fee as result of seller's inattention to detail and ended up having to send the gift to my sister via Priority Mail. My seller review acknowledged quality of item purchased and also imperfect seller customer service - my review wasn't posted by seller.

EU buyers beware! eBay has a 30-day window for warranties and complaints that ignore EU´s universal 2 year right to complain.After the 30 days, pro sellers know you can´t actually reach them, because their phone numbers/business addresses are typically hidden ("for safety"). I made a purchase and discovered that the books I wanted were available in store. Before making the purchase at the local B&N I contacted customer service to see if I could cancel, the books were due to be shipped mid June in over a month and I was able to go buy them now. The associate Jhon assured me it was taken care of and canceled. Later in the week after already buying the books in store I come to find out that they lied and did not cancel the order. I contacted again to get them canceled knowing I already bought them and don't want to wait till Mid June to get something I already had. Another associate saying they can't make the cancel informed me that it is due to be shipped even though it says the product will be delivered June 16th and it being Mid May I find it hard to believe that they can't help me get it canceled when one associate was already supposed to have done it. No sorry for the mess ups just excuses for why something shipping almost a month from now can't be canceled. Ended up getting one canceled that has an even earlier date than the other but one that's due to ship even later can't be canceled. I shouldn't have to be wasting gas because someone did not do what they said that they did. Ridiculous and I will not be renewing my yearly membership or my sisters with them since they do not want to help correct what they failed to do. I even made sure to see if I could cancel BEFORE making the purchase but yet I'm still getting charged.
